Submitting a DMCA Notice

Please send a written notice that includes the following information:

• Your full name, company (if applicable), address, and a contact email or phone number.
• A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on Dragon Novels where the material appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

How We Respond

Upon receiving a complete notice, we will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the reported content. We may also notify the uploader so they can file a counter-notification if appropriate.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice including your contact details, the material location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification. We will follow applicable DMCA procedures.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
