From the Wandenreich's escape to One Piece
Summary He transmigrated into the world of Bleach as an ordinary Quincy in the Wandenreich. He was a contemporary of G. Littor Lampard of the Sternritter. Beltz, who initially thought he'd only ever be a lowly soldier, unexpectedly gained the ability to travel to the world of One Piece.
