Chapter 63

Vampire Count: Help! There's a vampire!

Chapter 63 Vampire Count: Help! There's a vampire!

Upon hearing Ciel's question, the vampire count frowned, giving him a look as if he were an idiot.

"What kind of stupid question is that?"

"What idiot would fill a swimming pool like that?"

"That's so stupid!"

The next moment, his expression suddenly changed. He looked at Charles with an incredulous look, then at the swimming pool that seemed to have remained unchanged.

"You, you can't tell me you're bleeding in like this!"

Charles looked completely innocent.

"Is there anything wrong with bleeding like this?"

"That's how I've learned it since I was a child. When filling a swimming pool with water, how can you not turn on a tap on the other side?"

Charles slowly grinned.

"It's okay, relax, I'll just tell you the answer."

"It only takes 10,000 seconds to fill a swimming pool, and 30,000 seconds for three swimming pools. For a vampire count like you, that's just a blink of an eye."

"Or you could try harder and pump more blood, which would shorten the time."

"Come on, let me help you!"

Immediately, Ciel stomped on the vampire count's heart and exerted force.

Sure enough, at the other end of the blood pump, the speed of blood gushing out immediately increased visibly, causing the blood level in the swimming pool to rise slowly.

At this moment, however, the vampire count's face turned deathly pale.

30,000 seconds?

This must have taken seven or eight hours, right?

Did Ciel intend to bleed himself dry from the very beginning?

Even vampires have never seen this kind of extraction before, and their bodies can't withstand it!

The vampire count, his face filled with terror, howled at the top of his lungs towards the outside of the overturned alley.

"Help!"

"Help!"

"There's a vampire! It's sucking my blood! Help!"

His desperate shouts fell into the darkness of the alley without causing the slightest ripple, as if swallowed up by the darkness.

But the vampire count screamed even more desperately, and finally, there was some commotion in the alley.

One after another, dark wizards emerged from their homes and entered the alley.

Upon seeing this scene from afar, the vampire count's eyes gleamed with hope.

"I knew it! I knew it!"

"Wizards in the magical world still have humanity!"

"The humanoid magical creature protection spell still works in Knockturn Alley!"

"Help me! Help me!"

But the next moment, when he saw the actions of these dark wizards, the vampire count was stunned.

Once the dark wizards entered the alley, they all forced smiles and began singing and dancing.

"Tonight, another carnival ceremony begins in Knockturn Alley."

"Let us sing our hearts out and celebrate another day we've lived, a beautiful day!"

Immediately, as if unaware of the horrific tragedy unfolding deep within the alley, these dark wizards began fiddling with various noisy musical instruments, some even unleashing amplification spells and belting out songs throughout the alley.

In an instant, the vampire count's cries for help were drowned out by the sounds of revelry.

The vampire count then realized what was happening.

It turns out that from the very beginning, these dark wizards in Knockturn Alley were in cahoots with Charles!

Charles deliberately lured him here, and there are even so many dark wizards here as his accomplices!

The vampire count turned to look at Ciel, his face filled with grief, indignation, and terror.

"devil!"

"To be hanging out with dark wizards at such a young age, you're a monster!"

"You'll end up in Azkaban!"

Ciel grinned maliciously and stomped hard on the vampire count's heart.

"Azkaban? How could that be?"

"Everyone in Knockturn Alley can testify that I was a desperate little wizard being followed by vampires, pitiful, weak, and helpless. How did I end up in Azkaban?"

"Do you think people will believe the accusations of a vampire count, or the lamentations of a minor wizard?"

"Come on, don't waste your energy calling for help. No one will come to save you even if you scream your lungs out."

"Don't overthink it, it'll be over in another hour or two, keep it up!"

Feeling the excruciating pain in his heart and the weakness of his body as blood was constantly being pumped out, the vampire count let out a wail.

"Stop stepping on it! Stop stepping on it! I'll pump it myself, please stop!"

At this moment, he had no other thoughts, focusing intently on the rising blood level in the swimming pool, hoping that this nightmarish time would pass quickly.

A full hour and a half later, with the vampire count's heart pounding at full power, two and a half of the three swimming pools had been filled.

But at this point, he really couldn't pump any more blood.

So much blood had severely damaged his very essence, turning his face pale and bluish, making him look like a dried corpse!

The vampire count let out a weak plea.

"I really don't have a single drop left."

"Please let me go."

Upon hearing this, Charles sighed.

"Is that so?"

"It seems like the pump can't get anything out."

"But the swimming pool isn't even half full yet. I'm a man of my word. I'll let you go once it's full, but the problem is you're not full yet."

"Fine, I'm not some kind of devil. I'll offer you a solution for free and let this all end as soon as possible."

The vampire count, already weakened and almost incapable of thinking due to excessive blood loss, was moved to tears of gratitude.

Then, Ciel waved his wand and transformed the blood pump into a device resembling a high-pressure water gun.

Charles then looked at the group of dark wizards who were still trying to drown out the vampire count's wails with their revelry and said something.

"Alright, you guys did a good job today, I won't take it from you anymore."

"Go and get me a few tubs of water. This is none of your business."

The dark wizards were truly relieved to hear this.

In no time at all, more than a dozen large vats of water were brought to Shire.

When the black wizards who came to deliver water saw the vampire count's miserable state, they felt a mix of relief and lingering fear.

That's terrible, that's really terrible.

Fortunately, Lord Charles didn't use such methods against them that day; he merely looted them and then planted potatoes for a while.

Compared to this vampire, this treatment is like heaven!

After the dark wizards left, the vampire count looked at the high-pressure water gun and the dozen or so tanks of water in front of him. Even if he was bloodless and dull-witted, he could tell that something was wrong.

He looked at Charles, trembling.

"What...what are you going to do...?"

Charles smiled.

"Have you ever studied science? When you put a hypertonic solution and a hypotonic solution together, their concentrations will always neutralize..."

"Okay, to put it another way that you can understand, it's like when you drink a beverage. It seems like you've finished, but there's still some residue left on the cup. You can rinse it with water and get some more out."

"Be good, just bear with it a little longer, it'll be over soon."

As he spoke, Charles pulled out a high-pressure water gun and plunged it into the vampire count's heart again, then suddenly hissed.

The dragon's blood, dripping and gushing out again, flowed out once more.

Charles nodded in satisfaction.

"Vampire blood is like water in a sponge; you can always squeeze some out if you try."

"See, there it is!"
