Chapter 1255

Page 1255

Just a quick rant: the sudden appearance of Kaguya Otsutsuki at the end of Naruto seems like a setup for a sequel to Boruto.

Madara Uchiha could actually be considered the final boss.

But I don't want to write it that way.

Therefore, the content of the depths of the starry sky is just a backdrop; it exists, but it will not actually be written.

It's like an invisible wall in a game; there's a distant view model outside the invisible wall, but you can't reach it.

2. What is the cause of Sigma's amnesia?

The previous text was at the end of the Parallel World arc (Chapter 980).

The great enemy deep within space and Vegapunk's great enemy 500 years from now are the same thing. I've already said this at least three times in the main text.

The note Sigma left behind used a reference from Genshin Impact.

"Let's explore the area ahead in our next life."

The subtext of this sentence is "the invisible wall," meaning that this is the end and nothing more will be written.

The story of the parallel worlds ended when the parallel world arc concluded. I mentioned this in the end-of-volume summary at that time.

The story of the Infinite Land appears in the parallel world arc to separate it from the main story, which is not intended to be written about in the main story.

Sigma was not originally supposed to appear in the outline.

Structurally speaking, becoming the bandit king is already the end result.

If they were to introduce a new character later, such as "Kaguya Otsutsuki, a boss from the depths of the starry sky, who is the culprit behind Sigma's amnesia,"... writing such a development would be pointless.

3. Regarding the Seven Shadows Carrying the Coffin

First of all, the "Black Coffin Dance" meme was popular last year. I got hooked on it after watching videos on Bilibili, and then I wrote it into my book.

This book has a lot of outlines, and most of the plot was written in advance... but the origin of the "coffin dance" is a trendy meme, so it's obviously not.

Therefore, I did not intend for Sigurd to create seven clones, except for Dracula, who was mentioned in the original text during the Seven Shadows Coffin-Carrying storyline.

This book has quite a few foreshadowing elements, but the Seven Shadows Carrying a Coffin is definitely not one of them.

Finally, the thread was quite popular, with frequent discussions about who the seven clones were and when they would reappear...

I hadn't originally planned to write it, but in the end I felt I should meet the readers' expectations, so I made a small revision to the outline and brought it up before the ending.

4. Why did the Dragon King suddenly have a name, and why did the bald man never have a name?

The name "Dragon King" doesn't have any special meaning; it's just a name to avoid having "Dragon King" listed as the character's name on the illustration, making him look like a nameless extra.

And why doesn't the bald guy have a name...?

Okay, try silently repeating the following names in your mind;

Tengetsu, Stussy, Lox.

Raise your hand if you pronounce your name as Tian Shi Yue, Xi Tu Si, Xi Si Tu, or Klos Kokodayo.

These characters are minor supporting characters with limited screen time in the original work. People often get the original characters' names wrong, let alone creating an unfamiliar original name.

A name refers to a person's given name, and there isn't another bald person in this book.

Baldy's name is simply Baldy, and it's more recognizable than any other name.

4. Some questions about the female lead

It's impossible to satisfy everyone in this regard.

Some say it's a harem, some say it's a one-sided love story, some say they'll write about every female character, and some say to leave it alone and let Sig choose for himself after the story ends.

Personally, I dislike endings where, near the end, all the female supporting characters with whom the author has some affection end up sleeping together, making it seem like a year-end sales push.

5. After all that, where's the new book?

I haven't thought about a new book at all. I don't have the energy to think about a new book.

If I start a new book, I will post a notification in both the book itself and on my WeChat official account, "Keyboard Emperor".

However, the intervals between book openings will be a bit longer, as I'm going on summer vacation.

.......

WeChat official accounts are platforms for posting pictures; maybe we'll also post some extra content there in the future?

Maybe, maybe not, it's up to fate. After all, I don't have any particular side stories I want to write right now.

The artist has completed four illustrations.

There are only two character illustrations left to finish: one is a blue and white cat, and the other is an illustration of Stuart. It will probably take another ten days to half a month to complete them, and I will post them on the official WeChat account when they are finished.

Finally, I would like to thank the readers who corrected typos and helped with the card and extra posts, as well as all the readers who have subscribed to this book. You all have an unshirkable responsibility for making this book possible today!

My initial intention in writing this book was simply to create an interesting novel.

Now I know I've done it.

I hope to see your new book someday.
