Chapter 304

Subaru Akai and Shin Kyogoku exchanged glances and couldn't help but sigh together.
Then they turned around and saw Maruko Kuno and Yumi Mifune watching a play in the courtyard.
Kuno Maruko covered her mouth and smiled.
Yumi Mifune laughed heartily: "Uncle Akai, you guys are making a complete mess of yourselves."
"What?!" Subaru Akai was both amused and exasperated to see even Yumi making fun of him. "It's all because of that guy Atobe who went missing. Now the whole world is going crazy looking for him."
Muttering to himself, he pulled Kyogoku Shin out of the Byakuya Dojo.
Once outside, the two looked at each other.
Kyogoku Shin said coldly, "You can come from now on. I don't want to come here to get scolded anymore and interfere with my cultivation with Elder Tianren."
That's right, after the King of Fighters tournament, Kyogoku Shin was noticed by Furinji Amaterasu and became his disciple.
Subaru Akai glared at him: "You think you can dump this miserable job on me all by yourself? No way!"
The two walked toward the main road, arguing, and after a few steps, they both paused.
Kyogoku Shin glanced at them and asked in a low voice, "What do we do with these guys?"
With their keen investigative abilities, the two naturally realized that many people of unknown origin had been lying in wait around the White Night Dojo, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
Subaru Akai chuckled: "Don't worry about it, these guys won't dare to touch the people at the dojo."
He walked forward slowly, holding his head in his hands: "As long as Atobe doesn't show up for a day, he's like a sword hanging over the heads of the world's elite. Nobody dares to touch him."
"After all, he's someone who's even killed a 'god'..."
In the temple.
After chasing away the two annoying guys, Yae Meixuan turned around with a disgruntled look on her face.
In the training ground, Motoko Gofuku is engaged in a fierce sword duel with Ryougi Ori.
Although Ryougi Ori's extraordinary talent has brought her to almost match Motoko Itō's current level of regular swordsmanship.
However, due to the higher level of intimacy between Motoko and Sosuke, Motoko's skills were still much stronger than Ryougi's in actual sparring.
Both of them were masters of martial arts, and neither was willing to give way to the other.
On the other side, the Sakura sisters and Miyano Ai were sitting together, drinking tea and watching TV.
Looking at all this peaceful and serene scene.
Yae Meixuan felt inexplicably annoyed.
That damn bastard, where did he go?
How could he just disappear like that after becoming the savior...?
You dumped this mess on us, and every few days someone comes to ask about your whereabouts. It's so annoying.
Tsk! He was so badly injured that day, but he didn't say anything about what happened afterward.
I miss you so much.
......
On the second floor, Yotsuba Saki secretly ran to Atobe Sousuke's room again.
Since he disappeared after his battle with the snake demon, no one has lived in this room, but people still go to his room from time to time to clean and tidy it up.
Among them, Yotsuba Saki's longing for Sousuke is the most profound.
She sat down on Sousuke's bed, turned to look at Emi Yotsuba who was looking bored beside her, and couldn't help but ask, "Emi, where do you think Sousuke-kun went?"
Hui Mei made a face: "How would I know? I don't even like him. Unlike you, you cry in bed every night."
Yotsuba Saki immediately lowered her head shyly: "But I'm really worried about Sousuke-kun..."
Seeing her on the verge of tears, Emi sighed and patted her shoulder: "It's okay. You've probably sensed it too, right? We all know he's doing well."
Yotsuba Saki wiped her eyes, forced a smile, and nodded.
Emi is right.
Everyone at the Byakuya Dojo who has officially become a disciple of Sosuke seems to have a mysterious connection and connection with him.
Everyone was convinced that he was perfectly safe.
"But... I still miss Sousuke-kun."
Saki's tears fell again.
While Emi was frantically trying to comfort Saki.
"Boom!"
Suddenly, the entire White Night Dojo, including the courtyard, trembled.
Everyone immediately looked around alertly.
earthquake?
However, the next second, an anomaly occurred.
In the sky, a pillar of light pierced through heaven and earth and crashed down, directly enveloping the White Night Dojo, along with its houses and courtyard.
Amidst the screams of the many girls at the White Night Dojo, the entire White Night Dojo, along with a large section of the ground, floated up as if it had lost gravity, drifting within the pillar of light for a few seconds.
Then, it vanished in a flash.
All that remained was a large, sunken crater.
Many mysterious figures who had been lurking nearby immediately rushed out and stared at the large pit in silence for a long time.
......
It felt like a long time had passed, but it was only a moment.
After the strange tremors subsided, the girls in the dojo came to their senses.
"Ah!!!" Yumi Mifune screamed from the courtyard.
Upon hearing her scream, everyone rushed out of the house.
Then, like Mifune Yumi and Kuno Maruko in the courtyard, they were amazed by the desperate situation before them.
The entire White Night Dojo now resembled a small, suspended island, floating atop a celestial mountain shrouded in immortal energy.
Looking out from the railing, white clouds swirl among the mountains, and a waterfall cascades down from the sky, giving the place an ethereal and otherworldly feel.
"Where...where is this! It's so beautiful!" the carefree Yumi Mifune exclaimed in amazement.
Motoko Goka cautiously held up her wooden sword beside her: "Be careful, they might be Sousuke's enemy."
Her caution immediately alerted the others.
Everyone immediately went on alert.
After all, Atobe Sousuke's current status is special, and people all over the world are coveting his existence. It's normal for his female relatives to be targeted by enemies.
"Haha, Motoko, you did the right thing."
A familiar laugh suddenly echoed from among the mountains.
The voice was so familiar that it haunted everyone's dreams.
"It's Sosuke-kun!!!" Yotsuba Saki was the first to jump up excitedly.
She rushed towards the edge of the dojo, but slipped.
Amidst everyone's screams.
He fell from the suspended White Night Dojo!
Below, there is a sheer cliff shrouded in clouds and mist!
"Ah ah ah ah ah--"
In mid-air, Yotsuba Saki tightly closed her eyes.
The next second, a fierce wind arose.
A star shines brightly from among the mountains.
In the blink of an eye, he had crossed a great distance and rushed to the girl's side.
Yotsuba Saki felt her body jerk, and then she fell into a familiar embrace.
She opened her eyes tremblingly and looked up, only to see the face she had longed for day and night.
"Sou...Sousuke-kun, is it really you?"
The girl stared intently at the man before her, murmuring to herself.
"Of course!"
Atobe Sousuke let out a loud laugh.
He spun around and flew into the air, holding his little classmate in his arms.
As he spoke, he had already flown up to the White Night Dojo, and then landed slowly with a grin.
The girls immediately surrounded him, expressing their longing for him with concern in their eyes.
Amidst the noise and commotion.
"Sousuke-kun, where is this?"
Yotsuba Saki refused to get off Sousuke, instead reaching out to hook her arms around his neck and asking curiously.
The girls looked at him curiously.
Atobe Sousuke casually said, "Hōrai."
"The legendary fairy island of Penglai."
His appearance was elegant and unrestrained, as if he were a celestial being descended from heaven.
"This is the first blessed land I've found during this period of time."
Author's Closing Remarks
Haha, after thinking about it, a completed novel without an epilogue is incomplete.
And so, the reflections followed.
Well, half a year has passed in the blink of an eye since the first chapter of the new book was published (December 6, 2023).
I've finally finished writing my second book!
As a novice author, I was able to complete both books smoothly, and both achieved pretty good results.
Moreover, they've all reached a million words!
I think I'm actually pretty awesome!
What should I say? Let me tell you about my journey in writing this book.
Well, when I wrote my first book, "The God of War," my writing skills were still quite superficial. I started writing with a lot of passion, but I didn't do a good job of setting up the world or dividing the power levels. This resulted in a very disjointed transition before and after the book was published. I also frequently changed the map in the middle, so unsurprisingly, the book collapsed.
Speaking of which, the first book had nearly 2,500 initial subscriptions, and the high subscriptions later reached 15,000, but in the end it only managed to close with an average of 3,000 subscriptions, which is a real pity.
So when I was writing this book, I thought it through carefully...bullshit!
Actually, the new "sword fighting story" I had envisioned back then didn't pass the editor's draft, and they made me so angry that I spent three hours writing a Tokyo-themed opening, and then it was unexpectedly approved.
What can we do? We can only bite the bullet and write it.
However, I did have my own reasons for choosing the Tokyo theme.
Firstly, when I was writing my first book, although there was a female protagonist, her character design was not well-developed, and readers had mixed opinions in the early stages. It was only after the book was published that things started to turn around a bit.
Therefore, I once doubted whether I was even capable of writing a female protagonist.
However, the author is actually a bit stubborn. Since many people say that I can't write female protagonists well, I'm going to write in that direction and write as much as I want in one go.
I'm going to write harem novels! And I'll write some really erotic harem novels!
So, what kind of background is best suited for this kind of subject matter?
Of course, it's the sweltering heat of Tokyo.
