Chapter 10: Fighting Kakashi

early morning.

Ninja Academy.

Looking at the excited, chattering children below, Yoshino Taiga shouted, "Get ready, the combat training is about to begin!"

Obito Uchiha placed his hands on the table and shouted, "Yay! I'm going to duel Kakashi!"

Obito Uchiha had long been unhappy with Kakashi, or rather, the boys had a lot of complaints about Kakashi's cool and stylish appearance in a suit attracting the attention of many girls in the class.

Rin, in particular, secretly looked at Kakashi several times.

Obito Uchiha rushed in front of Kakashi, wielding a kunai and thrusting it straight at him.

Kakashi, however, did not dodge.

Obito Uchiha was shocked and tried to stop, but it was too late. The kunai pierced Kakashi's body.

Obito Uchiha was terrified when he saw Kakashi being stabbed in the body with a kunai.

He knelt down, trembling all over, and finally murmured, "I killed Kakashi."

Kakashi, pierced by the kunai, turned into a wooden stake with a bang—it was a substitution jutsu.

Kakashi stood behind Obito Uchiha, a knife to Obito's neck, bewildered by Obito's actions, unsure whether to intervene.

Upon witnessing this, Yoshino Taiga announced, "Kakashi wins."

At the same time, he was also reminding Obito and Kakashi that everything was alright.

Obito Uchiha finally realized what was happening. Seeing that Kakashi was unharmed, he was filled with relief and embarrassment, and his face turned bright red.

After the group battles ended, it was soon Aburame Shiki's turn.

The sixth group consists of Shiki Aburame, whose opponent is Genma Shiranui.

Kakashi showed no panic when he saw the parasitic insects rushing towards him.

"I can see it clearly. Zhiyi's parasites are fast, but I can still see it clearly."

The instant the parasitic insects charged, Kakashi transferred chakra to his sword and slashed horizontally, attempting to temporarily disrupt them.

This is information Kakashi gathered: the parasitic insects of the Aburame clan become confused and unable to attack or accept commands when an instruction is completed or disrupted.

Simply put, the Aburame clan's secret technique has a recovery animation.

Because parasites can only understand simple commands, they need a certain amount of time to reacquire instructions when things get chaotic.
