Chapter 365

"Instead of this, you should think about how to go back with them and have a celebration banquet."
“These younger generations in this universe have very deep bonds with you as well,” Hikari said to Lias with a smile.
The spaceship approached them, and even from a distance, they could see the broad smiles on their faces.
"To me, you and they are all very important people."
“There are other people who have helped me, and I will go back to visit them when I have time.”
Lias smiled too.
It was as if she had suddenly remembered something.
Now...
Perhaps my own experiences will be projected into other universes in the form of stories?
There was a group of people watching the Ultraman Lias story.

Chapter 504 Author's Closing Remarks
It's over! It's over!!
From January 14, 2025 to September 10, eight months later, the story of Oldman finally came to an end.
Seriously... I'm exhausted.
Many readers probably already know that I just graduated this year, and in the first half of the year I was still being tortured by my graduation thesis. At that time, I didn't even dare to pick up my phone, afraid that I would receive a message telling me that there was a problem with my thesis.
When I was writing the Godzilla volume, it was also the time when my thesis problems were the most serious. I was frequently going to school, which led to a period of only updating my blog, and the content was a bit superficial...
Let me bow to everyone first.
"Bang!!!"
Due to various factors, I've been unable to keep up with the promised extra chapters, and I feel truly guilty. Initially, I planned to make up for it slowly, but everyone's enthusiasm has been overwhelming. My writing speed is genuinely slow, and the more I write, the more the quality inevitably declines, becoming increasingly watered down. So, the backlog has only grown, and I've accumulated more and more debt... Now, I can't even count my sins.
I'll kowtow to everyone again.
"Bang!!!"
......
Actually, the story this book is about is the story of Old Man Otto. I initially envisioned it as a story of an old soldier gradually rediscovering himself and returning to his peak. Old Man Otto is a character I poured all my heart and soul into, and I really like him.
However... I initially portrayed Old Deng as too depressing, which led to a lot of criticism. That was definitely my fault; I really went too far and didn't put myself in the reader's shoes to think about how readers would feel after reading the first chapter (Old Deng: I'll give you a good whack!).
Sigh, I've been threatened by Old Deng, so I guess I'll just have to do another one.
"Bang!!!"
......
To give everyone a satisfying ending today, I've really burned the midnight oil. I started writing as soon as I woke up and have been working on it ever since. After finishing, I just collapsed into my chair, completely exhausted (I'm still not fully recovered as I'm typing this).
I'll just say whatever comes to mind (this is also my only author's closing remarks, filled with all sorts of random thoughts...).
Let's talk about the book title.
As everyone knows, Tomato's books always have a lot of titles; those titles are used to promote the books.
There are currently three books with similar titles. The first is "Ultraman Soldier? Call Me Space Police Outside!" The second is "All Heavens: Go Talk to the Specium Ray!" The third is "Ultraman: Infinite Sweep Starting from the Pacific Rim".
Then comes the book's official title, which is the name in parentheses after the title: (Igniting the Light of the Past).
You should all be able to see the official title now.
This book ultimately received a score of 9.4, which is considered high (I consider it high, hands on hips.jpg).
Regardless, despite its flaws, this is a work I poured my heart and soul into; I put in a lot of effort to make it good.
Many friends have also asked me how I wrote about the spirit of Ultraman.
Actually... there aren't many techniques involved; it's all about emotion.
Old-school writers tend to unconsciously gravitate towards this direction when writing, simply adding their own personal opinions along the way.
......
Speaking of which, I'm now a full-time author.
I used to be attending classes and writing at the same time, but now I'm finally free.
As for work...
I spent all my time in college researching how to write online novels, and now when I look for a job, all I can do is babble. If any company hires me, they'll be really unlucky.
I should just focus on writing books full-time; after all, writing novels is truly exhilarating.
Before "Hou Shan Yin He," I was just a nobody who couldn't even get a contract. It was only after "Hou Shan Yin He" that I truly embarked on the path of writing books. And "Au Te Lao Deng" made me even more convinced that I could make it in this industry.
Seeing the stories I wrote recognized by everyone during the writing process made me really happy, and it strengthened my belief and gave me the dream of becoming a master writer.
But writing books full-time inevitably requires taking care of one's livelihood.
So, I've decided to reward myself with an original book for my next project, and I'll start writing Ultraman fanfiction again when my Ultraman inspiration returns (these two books have really drained me QAQ).
Of course, I need to rest before I start writing. As longtime readers know, I'm in really bad health and very thin. I want to recuperate for a while to get back in shape.
I'll probably talk about the new book in the group later. If you're curious, you can click on my profile to join the Tomato group.
It's a wonderful surprise that everyone likes Natsuki Noboru's character.
On Bilibili, there are even talented people who have created the theme song for Ultraman Leahs, and even the music video intro has appeared. If you are interested, you can go to Bilibili to take a look and support the creations related to Ultraman Leahs.
Here, I would also like to thank each and every one of you for your contributions to our creations. It is my honor to be liked by you.
I'll also post some fan art drawn by fellow readers here. There are also many other excellent fan art pieces featuring Old Deng, which I won't list one by one. They are all truly fantastic.
This was drawn by [Miracle Traveler].
......
There's so much more I want to say, but all I can say is, thank you.
With everyone's continued support, I have been able to keep going step by step. I am very grateful to every customer who has given me a reward. It is really kind of you to give me a reward after reading the novel for free.
I want to bow again to every reader who supports Laojun.
"Bang!!!"
......
last of the last.
Thank you so much for your support!!!
