Chapter 364

Chapter 365 Ronald Don

Lu Mingfei did not doubt that the female students at Kassel College lacked a passion for art and literature and a thirst for knowledge.

Reading under streetlights and moonlight can certainly be considered a way to cultivate one's character and purify one's soul.

Couldn't you at least look at a book? And what's that hanging from your ear? Are you some kind of underground party member meeting?

But besides complaining, what bothered him even more was how they knew about this?

Has news of the Shrek Secondary School Literary Society already reached the other side of the ocean?

Lu Mingfei felt a wave of dizziness wash over him, and he suddenly felt utterly hopeless. Although he had only come to Kassel College for the sake of the fun, the thought of his past scandals being exposed was really hard to bear!

"How about it, junior? Aren't you moved? If you go downstairs now, I bet more than half of the female students you meet will throw stockings and bras at you with enthusiasm." Fingel winked.

Lu Mingfei felt a chill run down his spine. He thought of Caesar and Chu Zihang, and wondered why the style of the story had suddenly turned into "Meteor Garden".

All Lu Mingfei wanted to do now was get some sleep and pray that the sun wouldn't rise tomorrow.

Meanwhile, at Norton Hall of Kassel College, Domyouji—or rather, Caesar Gattuso—sat on the sofa in front of the fireplace, the black hunting knife "Dictator" resting on his lap, the Gattuso family's phoenix crest hanging above his head.

The silence had lasted a long time, and the light from the projected video illuminated everyone's faces.

Caesar kept pressing the speed up button, playing the footage of the church square from the morning over and over again.

In the enormous Norton Hall, even breathing was done with extreme caution.

It wasn't until Caesar let out a long sigh that the entire student council seemed to truly come alive.

He turned off the video and turned to face the crowd with his sharply defined, Greek-sculpted face.

"This is the first time we've lost the Norton Hall in three years. I've already given the check to the finance committee and rented the Amber Hall next door. After midnight tonight, this place will belong to that S-class freshman named Lu Mingfei. This is the privilege of the winner of the day of freedom."

"In other words, this is our last meeting here."

Caesar stood up and scanned the crowd before him.

Everyone lowered their heads; there was no way to resolve this situation.

No matter how powerful the student council is, it can only go toe-to-toe with the Lionheart Society. It is no match for someone like Lu Mingfei, who is on the same level as the principal in terms of official status.

It's quite amusing to think that they arrogantly treated the S-class as an Easter egg back then, and now they've been outmaneuvered by that Easter egg.

"At least we didn't lose to Chu Zihang, the Lionheart Society lost too," a senior student council member said, trying to find some consolation.

Others also spoke up, after all, their loss was understandable.

"Alright, a loss is a loss. There's no point in making excuses. We're gathered here not to feel at ease about losing, but to discuss how to win him over. If that fails, then we'll discuss how to become stronger and defeat him!"

Caesar spoke in a deep voice, and all the members seemed to be summoned by his heroic spirit, suddenly raising their heads.

Lu Mingfei is not an enemy, but a teammate who will fight alongside them in the future. The stronger he is, the more beneficial and harmless he will be to the academy, the Secret Party, and even the whole world. How can you be so narrow-minded?

These words were a wake-up call, and everyone's fighting spirit was rekindled.

After saying that, everyone in the student council got to work and began moving the student council space. Caesar then sat down again and continued replaying the battle from the daytime.

He was actually convinced that Lu Mingfei could use the power of words, but what bothered him was Lu Mingfei's words that the warm-up was over.

If this is considered a warm-up, then what is the real battle like?

Lu Mingfei stayed in his dorm all day. Today was supposed to be the 3E exam that all freshmen had to take, but he had activated his Word of Power and fought people. No one would doubt his bloodline level.

Therefore, he had a day off today, and Fingel ordered takeout for all his meals.

What can you do when you have nothing to do? Play games, of course, or read books?

To be honest, he had actually flipped through Fingel's first-year alchemy engineering textbook, "Introduction to Alchemy," that morning.

Without a doubt, this was the most useful thing he considered to be in the entire Kassel College, bar none.

But what on earth are those elements and formulas? Lu Mingfei wasn't even sure if he could identify the punctuation marks.

This isn't an introduction to alchemy; it's practically a graveyard!

So, was his previous claim of using heaven and earth as a furnace just pure nonsense?

There was nothing Lu Mingfei could do but readily admit that even with his brain's intelligence enhanced by the dragon blood, he still couldn't learn such advanced stuff on his own.

I heard that the vice principal does nothing but drink and ring the bell all day long, and doesn't teach at all. Otherwise, Lu Mingfei would really like to learn his skills.

After all, alchemy is far more practical than words of magic in some aspects, and it might even be useful in other worlds.

"Bro, you haven't been online for days." A panda avatar popped up, it was Lao Tang. "I just arrived at school, I just registered yesterday," Lu Mingfei replied quickly.

"Wow, that's awesome! I thought you were just bragging before, but you actually came. I remember you said last time that your college was in Chicago? You didn't even tell me beforehand. I should have picked you up at the airport," Old Tang said.

Lu Mingfei had actually considered talking to his online friend Lao Tang, but considering the special nature of Kassel College, he felt it was better not to cause any unnecessary trouble.

"The transportation here is inconvenient, so I guess I'll have to wait until winter break. I'll go to Chicago to catch a flight and then I'll come find you." Lu Mingfei didn't explain much and just glossed over the matter. He finally had a loyal brother, and he didn't want to drag him into trouble.

"No problem, I'll definitely treat you well then. That's all for today, I still have to work." After saying that, Old Tang left a long string of LOL (Loud of Laughter) and switched the page to a browser, where he entered a string of numbers, which was the hunter website on the dark web.

Lu Mingfei's words reminded him that he needed to make money. Otherwise, when his brother came to Chicago, was he supposed to treat him to instant noodles? That would be too inconsiderate.

Ronald Don doesn't know who his biological parents are. He was adopted, dropped out of high school, and made a living by stumbling upon a hunter website and taking on secret missions to avoid becoming homeless.

The hunter's world is full of dangers. He is not so much skilled as to have an innate sixth sense.

He can predict which missions are dangerous and where there might be traps, and he can complete the missions safely even in places considered taboo by hunters.

Simply put, it was an incredible stroke of luck.

"Let me see what missions I have recently."

"Egypt?" He instinctively shrank back. He had just returned from there six months ago and actually encountered the legendary zombies. Luckily, he ran away quickly.

"Syria? No way, too many guns."

"The Three Gorges? Wait, is this the Three Gorges I know? Who would be so bold?" Ronald Tang's eyes widened. When he opened the quest log and saw the quest description photo, he seemed to suddenly hear the low groan of a young beast.

"Brother—when you raise your battle flag and devour the world, will you eat me too?"
