Upon seeing this, Jieyin asked with a helpless and sorrowful expression, "Junior Brother, have you figured it out?"

Ever since the calamities of the Divine Court and the sacred mountain, Jieyin's face had always been filled with such sorrow.

"It's just a major karmic debt. At worst, my fellow disciples and I can repay it slowly. Compared to attaining enlightenment, these are insignificant!" Zhunti said, looking troubled.

If the resources accumulated by Mount Ling over countless years were still there, he would still have confidence in carrying forward the great religion in the future.

But as the sacred mountain was looted, it became a thorn in his side.

Thinking of this, Zhunti gritted his teeth and said, "At worst, if we lack anything in the future, I'll just borrow from the East. The East is so wealthy, with outstanding people and abundant resources; I'm sure it won't disappoint us!"

The Great Cause and Effect refers to a vast and continuous chain of cause and effect.

Sages are not involved in cause and effect because they are not involved in the cause and effect that applies to those below them.

Because the cause and effect under the sage, as long as it is eliminated, how can cause and effect come about?

Furthermore, the concept of "great cause and effect" implies that sages possess infinite life and boundless power, with ample time and strength to resolve karmic debts.

Therefore, it is not to say that a person who has attained enlightenment and become a saint is immune to cause and effect.

Upon hearing this, Jieyin sighed, then seemed to give up, or perhaps feel relieved.

"In that case, junior brother, let us then attain enlightenment!"

How to attain enlightenment was something that Jieyin and Zhunti had already figured out after the calamity at Mount Ling.

That is to establish a great teaching and make a grand vow to prove the Way!

With a grand vow and a solemn oath to Heaven and Earth, they borrowed great merit from Heaven and Earth, and with the merit of establishing a great religion, the two of them hoped to attain sainthood and become saints.

When Zhunti heard Jieyin's resolute words, he also showed an expectant look in his eyes.

The cake of the primordial world is only so big; it's estimated to be enough for only seven or eight sages to share.

Now there are ten enlightened beings in the world, and the two brothers understand this in their hearts.

If they do not attain sainthood soon, the longer the time drags on, the greater the gap will become between them and other enlightened beings, until it becomes too great to be bridged!

Time waits for no one!

Once you understand these things, you can access the dark path of endless sorrow in your heart.

So the two of them flew to the sacred mountain.

Looking down at the lonely and beautiful sacred mountain below, one feels a sense of desolation.

Looking at the barren Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss around him, and even the entire Western Continent, Zhunti was filled with endless emotions.

Sooner or later, he will make the Western Continent as prosperous as the Eastern Continent, the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss become the paradise that all living beings yearn for, and the sacred mountain and wondrous land become a place where all immortals come to pay homage!

After thinking it over, the two brothers, Jieyin and Zhunti, couldn't help but exchange a glance, and they both saw a different kind of determination in each other's eyes.

The two nodded to each other, then looked up and spoke loudly.

"I will guide you!"

"I grant my request!"

"Today, we, fellow disciples, will jointly establish a religion in the Western Paradise, called the Western Religion!"

"The Western Religion guides its followers towards goodness, freeing them from suffering and worry. It uses the innate spiritual treasures, the Twelve-Petaled Golden Lotus of Merit and the Seven-Treasure Tree, to suppress the Western Religion's destiny!"

"The Western religion is established!"

As soon as the two finished speaking, Heaven sensed it and began to gather golden auspicious clouds above where they were, and boundless Xuanhuang merit began to accumulate in the auspicious clouds.

However, after waiting for a while, it still didn't fall.

Upon seeing this, Jieyin and Zhunti immediately dared not be negligent and loudly proclaimed in Sanskrit chants.

"If I attain unsurpassed Bodhi and become a fully enlightened being, the Buddha-land I reside in will be adorned with immeasurable and inconceivable merits and virtues."

There are no hells, hungry ghosts, birds and beasts, or even the smallest flying or crawling creatures.

All sentient beings, including those in the realm of Yama and the three evil realms, who are reborn in my Pure Land, receive my Dharma teachings, and attain Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi, will never again fall into the evil realms.

If this wish is fulfilled, one will become a Buddha. If this wish is not fulfilled, one will not attain supreme enlightenment.

May the country be free from evil paths; may we not fall into evil realms.

"When I attain Buddhahood, all sentient beings in the ten directions... who possess virtuous roots but cannot directly realize the irreversible nature of all Buddha-dharma, I will not attain perfect enlightenment."

A total of forty-eight grand aspirations were issued!

As soon as the two stopped chanting, the chanting disappeared.

Countless flower petals fluttered in the air, auspicious clouds rose, golden lotuses sprouted from the ground, and the fragrance of sandalwood filled the air.

The two founded a great Western religion and a paradise, aiming to save all lost and confused beings.

Heaven responded, and finally, boundless merit began to fall upon Jieyin and Zhunti, leading them to instantly attain the supreme Dao fruit.

The fact that the two Western guides attained sainthood caused the entire prehistoric world to boil with excitement.

What does this tell us?

This means that all the saintly positions bestowed by Dao Ancestor Hongjun have been attained through the attainment of sainthood. From then on, the primordial world became the stage for saints and Hunyuan Daluo, their world.

So, what should they do now that they were once the strongest beings at the peak of the primordial world?

Especially those great supernatural beings who are like wandering immortals, such as Zhen Yuanzi, west Wangmu, Haotian, and Yaochi, etc.

but.

When a sage is born, auspicious omens descend from the heavens, and amidst universal celebration, countless beings are enlightened as a result.

In particular, the creatures of the Western Continent, as well as its famous mountains and rivers, have regained some of their former vitality, making the spiritual energy of heaven and earth in the Western Continent more abundant than before.

This is also a great act of merit!

More than three years.

Pangu, the Three Pure Ones, and Taiqing Laozi attained sainthood, followed by the Divine Court Cangtian and Qingtian attaining the Great Luo of Hunyuan, then the Three Pure Ones of Pangu, Yuanshi Tongtian, Huangtian Houtu, and the Western Jieyin Zhunti attaining the Dao.

Nine powerful individuals in a row successfully attained enlightenment, which made those who were still unclear about their future paths feel bitter.

Besides the matter of guiding Zhunti to enlightenment, several other major events occurred in the Western Continent.

That was the Divine Court of the Divine Race that took the lead in opening up the situation in the Western Continent. Not only did it send a large number of troops to the Western Continent to seize territory, it also ordered those independent cultivator forces to either retreat or choose to join the royal court under the Divine Court.

The Royal Court is the royal court of the nine divine lineages under the Divine Court!

There are a total of seven royal courts in the Western Continent!

There is a pantheon of gods of light, headed by the great sorcerer Yewenhua, and the Heavenly Court;
