Chapter 7
Fel Magic
Chapter 7 Fel Magic
The few pirates suddenly felt their bodies go out of control, their bodies became limp and powerless, and then it was as if their bodies had been hollowed out.
Rhodes' palm emitted a green light, and dark green rays enveloped all the pirates, directly binding their bodies.
This is the true power of a warlock. The magic wielded by a warlock is terrifying. A warlock who has only trained for a short period of time can easily deal with a mage who has trained for decades.
Fel magic is the bane of arcane energy and all life. When ordinary professionals face warlocks, they are naturally at a disadvantage.
Only the power of holy light can suppress evil energy.
"What is this? A Devil Fruit ability? Our power seems to be disappearing."
"Damn it, this bastard, this bastard, he's a Devil Fruit user."
"Our bodies are completely, utterly unable to move."
"Please, the treasure, the treasure is all you need, just let us go! We, we're just ordinary pirates from a pirate crew!" the leader of the pirates pleaded in terror.
At this point, he discovered that some of his weaker teammates had completely lost consciousness, their eyes were white, and their bodies were beginning to wither, making them look like dried corpses.
"I have no grudges against any of you in the past, nor do I have any resentment today. It's just that I happen to be cultivating some spells and need some souls and life energy, so I would like to trouble you to contribute and borrow your life essence." After saying this, Rhodes took out a magic crystal.
Storing excess life energy and soul fragments in the crystal—honestly, the pirate world is a treasure trove. There are so many experimental subjects here; if I were to use fel energy to absorb other people's lives so frequently in Azeroth...
That would have attracted the mages of Dalaran, or paladins from other regions, to attack them long ago.
Before coming to the world of One Piece, Rhodes' strength was actually not very strong; he could only be considered a sorcerer apprentice.
However, after arriving in the world of One Piece, Rod absorbed a large amount of life energy from ordinary pirates and cultivated evil magic, causing his strength to advance by leaps and bounds.
Unfortunately, the last time he came to the pirate world, he could only stay for more than ten days, so he didn't absorb much evil energy. This time he can stay for more than a month, so he can absorb it properly.
A few minutes later, more than a dozen small pirates had all turned into dried-up corpses, and Rod was very satisfied with the life energy they had harvested.
"In the world of One Piece, the life energy of an ordinary pirate is equivalent to that of several ordinary humans in the world of Azeroth. The physique of the humans in this world is truly formidable," Rhodes said with great satisfaction.
The world of One Piece is truly a wonderful place.
I don't know just how strong Kaido of the Beasts is. If my plan succeeds, I will undoubtedly gain a super fighting force.
For the next few days, Rhodes stayed quietly on the island, practicing his newly acquired fel magic.
Shadow Bolt, Corruption, Banish, Fear, Life Tap, Curse of Weakness, Shadowburn, Immolate, Incinerate
These are all offensive spells that utilize fel energy and shadow power to summon destructive fel flames to attack enemies.
The defensive/support spell, Eye of Kilrogg, creates an illusionary eye that can observe an area from a distance.
Crafting basic soul stones and basic healing stones is better than that of secondary ones, and their restorative power is also stronger.
The Demon Summoning Circle summons demons from the Twisting Nether. Currently, Rhodes can summon the lowest-level imps, hellhounds, succubi, and voidwalkers.
Endless breathing. You can breathe underwater for up to 10 minutes.
The first few spells could be cast, but the Demon Summoning Circle failed when cast in the One Piece world.
In this world, even if you construct this demon summoning circle, you cannot summon demons unless you summon the demons in Azeroth beforehand and then bring them to this world.
In addition to these spells, Rhodes also practiced a spell to summon a hellish warhorse, which could summon a hellish warhorse to gallop across the water.
Rhodes practiced the spell most often, which was enslaving demons, and specifically, high-level enslaving demons. He would need to use this spell soon.
The true demon enslavement spell is a signature skill of warlocks. Using this spell, one can permanently control and enslave a demon, but one must inscribe an enslavement circle on the demon's soul and suppress the demon's soul in order to control the demon.
In the world of Azeroth, this technique can only control demonic creatures weaker than you. After all, you have to completely eliminate it, leaving it with no ability to resist, before you can inscribe the magic circle on its soul.
But in the world of One Piece, Rhodes plans to cheat. Kaido of the Beasts is absolutely impossible to cooperate with, let alone make him his subordinate. He has to use some underhanded tricks.
Therefore, what Rhodes needs to do next is to completely control Kaido of the Beasts, and in turn, to further control the entire Beasts Pirates.
Rhodes believed that if Kaido drank the blood of the Abyss Lord, he could be transformed into a demon. Before Kaido was transformed into a demon, Rhodes inscribed a soul enslavement array on his body.
Before that, what I need to do is gain Kaido's trust and make Kaido believe that drinking this stuff will greatly enhance his power.
Five days later, a huge golden ship arrived near the island where Rhodes was located. The famous De Solo had actually been brought to this nameless deserted island.
A black, big-headed doll emerged from underground.
"Zoro! Solo! Mr. Rod, it's been a long time! Mr. De Solo, and Lord Queen, the VIP of the Beasts Pirates, are waiting for you. Please come aboard with me!" Mr. Tanaka said.
"Then I'll trouble you, Mr. Tanaka. Please lead the way!" Rhodes put away his staff.
He cast a magic armor spell and an endless breath spell on himself before boarding the Grand de Solo.
Others might not know what kind of tricks were going on with the Solo, but he knew everything. If he didn't use the magic armor spell, he would be controlled by De Solo as soon as he got stuck with those golden powders.
The Armored Warlock, a signature skill of warlocks, enhances their defense by forming an illusory armor around their body. This armor effectively isolates Desolo's golden powder.
It was precisely because of this move that De Solo dared not attack him during their first meeting.
