Chapter 11

Time Flies

Chapter 11 Time Flies

At the school-wide assembly at Mingzhu Academy this month, Academician Li publicly praised Mo Fan, known as the "Great Demon," and Wu Tiao Wu, the "Healer," for their acts of bravery.

The incident of the stadium turning into a monster has been widely discussed during this period, and no one expected that these two bastards would do such a thing.

At the university-wide assembly, Academician Li specifically summoned the person who had made a significant contribution to this incident…

This person is Zhao Manyan, and he is being assisted by Mo Fan and Wu Tiao Wu.

Before Mu Nujiao made the donation, people from all the freshmen at the school cursed Mo Fan every day and night.

But now that they're praising Mo Fan, many people have incredibly strange expressions on their faces.

-

After the school assembly, the three of them enjoyed a delicious meal at a restaurant.

Wu Tiao Wu gave the credit to Mo Fan in the hopes that the latter would introduce him to the so-called private hunting grounds.

The reason I went to the private hunting agency was because Mo Fan told me that this profession pays well and is easy, and you don't have to go back and forth to pick up missions yourself. The people at the hunting agency will arrange everything, and as long as you are strong enough, you can take on big jobs.

After this period of painstaking effort, Gojo Satoru deeply realized the importance of resources. Without resources, even if the Six Eyes were to meditate and operate all day long, the progress of the spatial system to the second level would still be far away.

The Healing and Chaos systems are doing alright, at least they've advanced to the second level of the intermediate tier, but their speed is getting slower and slower. It's clear that without the push of resources, it's unlikely that they can quickly transition to the higher tier.

Gojo Satoru couldn't escape the common desire to do a job that paid little money, was demanding, and required constant discipline.

As for Mo Fan pushing the gymnasium matter onto Zhao Manyan, Gojo Satoru didn't care and didn't mind.

It's not worth much money anyway.

……

The first semester is coming to an end, and F3 at the Qingdao campus is about to disband.

Zhao Manyan and Mo Fan are both moving out, so it's impossible for Gotiao Wu to stay in the dormitory under these circumstances.

To be honest, there weren't many assessments this semester, and I just spent the whole semester carefree, mainly because my classmates were all geniuses like Gojo Satoru.

This is the loneliness of the strong!

Hopefully, the main campus I'll be entering next semester will be interesting; otherwise, I'll just be wasting my time at university. I might as well go hunt monsters and make money.

-

Winter has arrived, but Gojo Satoru still took on a task and went out to work.

After stepping onto the coordinates of the clearing location, Gojo Satoru began to observe his surroundings.

The trees here are predominantly black, creating a repulsive and gloomy atmosphere against the oppressive weather.

The ground was covered with fallen leaves, branches, and even some white bones with rotting flesh attached, and flies were buzzing around them.

Gojo Satoru pulled up the black hood behind his head and began searching for traces of the demon.

This mission is to wipe out demons. There are no requirements or restrictions; just kill!

Soon, a dark cat demon appeared ahead, out hunting for food alone.

From a distance, Gojo Satoru spotted the cat demon hiding in the bushes with his astonishing eyesight.

Is it a Dark Night Cat Demon?

In the demon encyclopedia, the feline demon is about 1.5 meters long and resembles a cat, but has a strange human-like face.

They usually prefer to inhabit dark and damp forests or swamps, and are adept at using the shadows and trees in the environment for concealment and attack.

Their most outstanding ability is their unparalleled speed.

The survival rate of a mid-level mage encountering a Dark Night Cat Demon alone is extremely low, almost a nine out of ten chance of death!

In terms of speed alone, the Dark Night Cat Demon is even faster than some advanced-stage demons!

Gojo Satoru stepped into its attack range, a smug and arrogant smile on his face.

The Dark Night Cat Demon, known for its speed?

Ha... let me see your speed that you're so proud of!

……

hiss--!!!

The dark cat demon glared menacingly at Gojo Satoru, its hatred for humans running deep!

His eyes flashed red, and he moved swiftly.

He lunged at Gojo Satoru!

The claws tore forward, and a sharp light flashed!

Gojo Satoru's eyes gleamed with a blue-white light as he focused his attention.

He felt that everything was slowing down in his eyes.

The Dark Night Cat Demon's figure seemed to freeze in mid-air, like a movie playing.

Play it frame by frame!

Gojo stood quietly in place.

With just a slight sidestep, he dodged the Dark Night Cat Demon's swift and fatal attack!

Gojo Satoru remained expressionless.

"Slow, too slow!"

The Dark Night Cat Demon seemed to understand Gojo Satoru's sarcasm.

roar--!!

I was filled with rage, and I roared at the top of my lungs!

He rolled on the spot, landing on the rocks, and pounced at full speed again!

The speed is twice as fast as before!

However, Gojo Satoru remained standing still, without moving an inch.

Instead, just as the Dark Night Cat Demon got close, he slightly turned to the side, brushing past the Dark Night Cat Demon!

Not a drop!

He then kicked the cat demon in mid-air, sending it flying more than ten meters away!

"Slow! Still too slow!"

The Dark Night Cat Demon coughed up blood, its eyes turning bloodshot.

hiss----!!

Roar! ...

A gust of wind surged around me, and the fallen leaves rustled all around.

A cloud of dust enveloped the figure of the Dark Night Cat Demon as it pounced!

Gojo Satoru's lips curled into a mocking smile, his expression arrogant and conceited. He lightly touched the ground with his toes, and a tree branch flew up and landed in his hand.

Whoosh—!

Swift as the wind!

The branch in Gojo Satoru's hand was like a swift bolt of lightning!

It produced a sonic boom in the air!

The needle struck the Dark Night Cat Demon's torso with great force. The Dark Night Cat Demon, weighing several hundred pounds, was actually stopped by a small twig!

The Dark Night Cat Demon didn't have time to use any of its moves or abilities!

The scene then froze eerily.

The next instant, the Dark Night Cat Demon's body was sent flying backward.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang—! !!! !

It snapped countless trees and crashed into the billowing dust.

Amidst the smoke and dust, the cat demon's bones were broken in countless places, blood spilled from its mouth, and it struggled to its feet, searching everywhere for Gojo Satoru's figure.

A pair of cold eyes stood behind the Dark Night Cat Demon.

A mocking laugh rang out behind him.

"Are you...looking for me?"

A chilling voice rang out, like the tolling of death's bell.

Gojo Satoru stood behind him with a mocking smile.

The cat demon looked terrified.

The Dark Cat Demon's eyes widened, unable to react in time.

In an instant, Gojo Satoru grabbed the cat demon by the head. Gojo Satoru's figure flashed, causing the cat demon's body to move more than ten meters in an instant.

A fierce wind is blowing! The gale is howling!

Gojo Satoru grabbed the Dark Night Cat Demon's head and slammed it hard against a thick tree!

Whoosh whoosh whoosh~~~!!

Bang----!!!

The head of the Dark Night Cat Demon suddenly collided with the tree trunk and was smashed into a pulp, while the remaining torso fell limply to the ground.

Blood stained the earth red.

The body continues to twitch because some nerves have not yet stopped moving.

Gojo Satoru stood there, his hands bathed in blood.

"Tsk, that's all."

For some unknown reason, Gojo Satoru's lips curled into a smile beneath his black hood.

"We can finally have some serious killing today!"

Gojo Satoru walked into the depths of the jungle, beginning to snatch souls like a grim reaper reaping lives.

Then, the forest began to echo with the mournful howls and roars of demons!

Dark clouds covered the sky, layer upon layer, like a black curtain hanging in the sky.

The weather was gloomy, and the oppressive atmosphere in the air terrified even the demons.
