Chapter 7170

Many Tribulations

Chapter 7170 (Seven Thousand One Hundred and Seventy) Many Tribulations
The gray-handed man said, "I won't ask anymore."

The brown-handed man asked, "Why did you suddenly stop asking?"

The gray-handed man laughed and said, "There's no need."

"Did you just decide it was unnecessary, or did you already think it was unnecessary?" the brown-handed man asked.

“Of course, it was what I just thought was unnecessary,” the gray-handed man laughed.

The brown-handed man said, "Alright."

"What's good about it?" the gray-handed man asked.

“I won’t continue talking about this,” said the Brown-Handed Man. “But I want to tell you something else.”

"What do you want to ask?" the gray-handed man asked.

“I just learned that you yourself knew there was an imbalance, and I asked you whether you thought I would still answer your question. Why did you say ‘I will answer’ so quickly?” the brown-handed man asked.

The gray-handed man said, "Because you're good at answering."

The brown-handed man laughed and said, "How did you know?"

"How did we end up back to that topic again? We already talked about 'confidence,' didn't we? I think replacing it with 'trust in you' is a much better approach," said Grayhand. "Do you have any other questions?"

The brown-handed man said, "There's no need to ask anything else about this topic."

"What about other questions?" Grayhand asked.

The brown-handed man chuckled, "If I asked, would you answer?"

The gray-handed man said, "I'm not going to answer your question. I want to ask you a question. Will you be able to answer it?"

"Why are you asking me this time? Why aren't you as certain as last time that I would answer?" the brown-handed man asked.

"How do you know I don't think you'll answer as readily as I did last time?" Grayhand asked.

“You’ve already asked,” said the brown-handed man.

"Does asking this mean I don't necessarily think you'll answer?" the gray-handed man asked with a smile. "Not necessarily," the brown-handed man replied with a laugh.

The gray-handed man said, "I won't worry about that anymore, I'll just ask directly. You just said, 'Actually, I don't think the exchange was very good,' and I just want to hear your thoughts on that."

“Okay,” said the brown-handed man.

"So simple?" the gray-handed man asked.

“Yes, otherwise how difficult would it be?” the brown-handed man asked.

“Then you speak,” said the gray-handed man.

The brown-handed man chuckled, "I just think that saying 'confident' is fine; there's no need to change it to 'trust me.' Confidence can be understood as believing in oneself, right?"

The gray-handed man chuckled, "Yes, go on."

“You believe you can get me to answer your questions even when I know there’s an unequal relationship,” the Brown-Handed Man said. “I think it’s more accurate to call it ‘confidence’.”

"Why did you say something different the first time?" Grayhand asked.

"Do you mean what I meant by 'trust me'?" the brown-handed man asked.

The gray-handed man laughed and said, "Yes."

The brown-handed man said, "I said that partly as a joke, after all, I was reminded of your situation where you're stuck in a certain pattern. Saying 'trust me' does match your situation quite well."

The gray-handed man laughed and said, "Is that all?"

"How is it? Are you satisfied?" the brown-handed man asked.

"Aren't you going to say anything more?" Grayhand asked.

"Where would you like me to elaborate on?" the brown-handed man asked.

"I haven't thought about it yet. I just wanted to know if you meant it that way. Please elaborate," said the gray-handed man.

The brown-handed man laughed and said, "That's not what I meant. But if you really want to hear more from me, that's fine too."
