Chapter 7340
Calculating People
Chapter 7340 (Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Forty) Calculating People
The gray-handed man said, "As long as I can understand, you're not planning to say 'the whole thing'?"
“Your words don’t seem to have only one meaning,” the brown-handed man laughed.
"What do you mean by that?" the gray-handed man asked.
The brown-handed man said, "I think I meant that I didn't say the word 'complete' in 'complete'."
"How did you know this was my intention?" the gray-handed man asked.
The brown-handed man laughed and said, "If this isn't your intention, then what is it? Just say it."
The gray-handed man said, "I never said that this wasn't my intention. Not only that, I just asked you how you knew this was my intention. If I could ask that, how could you still think it wasn't my intention?"
The brown-handed man laughed, "Haha! You're essentially admitting that was your true intention, aren't you?"
“What’s there to be ashamed of? I was going to tell you directly anyway. But you, you’re assuming that this wasn’t my intention, and then asking me what my intention was, as if you’re trying to lead me step by step to say that I didn’t say the word ‘complete’ in ‘complete’,” the gray-handed man laughed.
“It does sound like a step-by-step inducement,” the Brown-Handed Man said, “but that’s just what I asked.”
"That's exactly what you're asking, isn't it? Guess if I believe what you're saying?" the gray-handed man asked.
The brown-handed man said, "I'd rather not guess."
"Do you doubt me?" the gray-handed man asked.
“It’s not a doubt,” the brown-handed man said. “So what if I guessed right? Whether I guessed right or not, the way I spoke just now has already given people the impression of being misleading.”
"Leave some for 'people'?" the gray-handed man asked deliberately with a smile.
“Yes,” said the brown-handed man. “You’re not suggesting I say I’ll leave it for you, are you? I wouldn’t say that.”
"Why?" the gray-handed man asked. "Because it's incomplete," the brown-handed man replied.
"Incomplete?" the gray-handed man asked.
"After all, it wasn't just you who left a seductive impression, but me as well," the brown-handed man said. "Saying it was left on 'people' is quite comprehensive, including both you and me."
"Should we also include the misleading impression you left on yourself?" Grayhand asked.
The brown-handed man said, "I am a human."
"Your sudden remark has given me a fresh perspective. Haha! How did you come up with that?" Grayhand laughed.
The brown-handed man said, "I count as a person, and it's perfectly normal for me to say that the 'people' left for 'people' includes me."
"That's normal, right? Hahaha!" the gray-handed man asked with a laugh.
The brown-handed man said, "Why are you laughing like that? It's as if what I said doesn't make sense."
Gray-Handed Man said, "That makes sense, absolutely makes sense, but it still sounds strange. What does 'calculating people' mean?"
“That’s how I describe myself. Do you have any objections?” the brown-handed man asked.
The gray-handed man laughed, "Haha! You actually answered me so seriously that it was your description of yourself. That's something new for me. But I must make it clear, I don't have any objections! How could I possibly have any objections to something like this?"
"So, is it okay for me to leave it for 'people'?" the brown-handed man asked.
"Since you've asked like that, I can only say no problem," the gray-handed man said with a smile.
"You still say 'only'? It sounds like you were forced to admit it, full of helplessness," the brown-handed man laughed.
