Chapter 74

: Author's Note and Heartfelt Words Upon Release

It's back in stock.

Wait, why did I say "again"?!

It's been over a month since I started writing this book, and my little shabby book and I have finally made it to the point of being published.

At first, I made this new attempt with a lot of trepidation. Because I lacked confidence, I sent it out directly.

The results were indeed far from ideal, much like what I had anticipated. On the tenth day after the book was published, just when I was about to give up, the editor finally pulled me out of the woodwork.

Then came the bumpy new book period. My state of mind went up and down, and the stories I wrote went up and down as well, and I was repeatedly and in a variety of ways beaten by other new books at the same time.

I expected to be outmatched by my contemporaries, after all, it's not the first time I've been outmatched. The start of "The Emerald and Ada" was much worse than Professor Black's situation.

Of course, I also received a lot of encouragement during the book's release, as well as a lot of negative reviews.

These heartwarming words of encouragement helped me rediscover my long-lost motivation to write, giving me the courage to return to the life of "a cup of tea, a pack of cigarettes, and four thousand words a day."

Those sharp negative reviews also helped me find the problem, at least letting me know where the problem was, where the corresponding adjustments needed to be made, and where the changes urgently needed to be made.

Like I said before, I'll read all the comments; I'm still counting on copying book reviews!!!

Of course, this excludes extremely unfriendly negative reviews. I am a person who lacks self-confidence, and extremely unfriendly negative reviews can ruin my mental state, causing me to fall into intense self-doubt and self-denial.

Therefore, I will try my best to skip those unfriendly messages... If I accidentally see them, I can only sulk and be miserable to myself.

But I digress. Let's get back to Professor Black.

The original idea was to use the appearance of Quirrell and Voldemort to prompt Belvina to make changes, so that she could find her lost self and the meaning of her existence.

(This is also the process of me rediscovering my identity as Tangyuan, a writer who failed in the online novel market.)

However, because I haven't written in a long time, I was extremely unfamiliar with the process of realizing this idea, and I failed to handle the details well or control the pace.

From now on, I will make changes like Professor Blake and strive to prevent this from happening again.

In my initial conception, the story that follows should be the process of Belvina gradually becoming "real," not a spectator or an NPC, but a real person.

I hope I can handle the upcoming story well, making the characters more well-rounded and three-dimensional, and making the story I write more vivid and interesting.

Finally, let's talk about the update issue. Friends who came from the old books may remember that my updates have always been very stable, and the number of times I've taken leave can be counted on one hand.

So you don't need to worry about taking leave and missing updates. Even if I have to take leave, I will make up for the missed updates as soon as possible, so you can rest assured.

I've said so much without even realizing it. Do people become more talkative as they get older? (Sobbing uncontrollably)

Lastly, thank you all for your company and support during the new book period. I hope you will continue to support and accompany me after the book is released.

Finally, I will persevere and finish writing this book to make up for the regret of the previous book, "Shining Stars," since this is my original intention for starting another HP fanfic.

I will run hard, just like this new pen name, and at least catch up with my former self.

That's all for my thoughts. See you in the book!

  over!

People really do become more talkative as they get older (bursting into tears again)
