Chapter 1772
Flying Knife
It's worth mentioning, though it doesn't matter if this kid gets beaten to death, but the kid next to him is in real trouble.
The main problem was that the kid had just been splattered with grass clippings and dirt, and now he was sprayed with this red and white stuff, making him look like a corpse that had just been dug out of a grave. It was quite a creepy sight.
The death of his companion made the surviving boy freeze in place, too afraid to move. Even when the red and white substance covered his eyes and gagged his mouth, he didn't dare to lift his hand to wipe it away.
There was nothing he could do; he never expected Wang An to be so ruthless and decisive, sending his companion directly to the Buddha's side before even understanding why they had appeared.
Little did they know, Wang An didn't have much hope of getting anything out of them. Of course, even if he did get something out of them, Wang An wouldn't care much, since no matter the outcome, he and his three companions would have to keep running away anyway.
The main point is that when the two men rode their horses into the ravine, Wang An clearly saw that each of their horses had branding marks on its hind legs.
Moreover, this mark is exactly the same as the mark on the leg of the horse ridden by the 12 men that Wang An and his three companions killed in the gold mine.
To put it bluntly, these two people and those 12 people are most likely in cahoots.
Wang An clearly remembered how much effort it took for him and his three companions to deal with the last two. If one of those two hadn't suddenly rushed out, they would have been locked in a standoff for who knows how long.
Therefore, when facing someone with extremely high combat skills and extreme viciousness, killing one of them first is the most correct choice.
To prevent these two from conspiring to use underhanded tactics and killing Wang An and his three companions again.
The main reason was that Wang An didn't have time to scheme against them. Besides, Wang An was also afraid that with the strength and intelligence of the four of them, they might not be able to outsmart them.
After firing the first shot, Wang An thought for a moment, then lowered the muzzle of his gun and pulled the trigger again, aiming at the knees of the surviving boy.
After two shots, the kid let out a wail and fell to the ground.
Just as the kid fell to the ground, Wang An slightly raised the muzzle of his gun and fired another shot at the kid's left arm.
After the gunshot, there was a "thud," and a throwing knife fell from the boy's left hand.
It's hard to imagine that if Wang An's shot hadn't hit his arm, the kid's throwing knife would most likely have been thrown, but it's unknown who it would have landed on or even whose head.
Upon seeing the throwing knife on the ground, Wang An moved his gun without saying a word and fired another shot at the boy's right arm.
Only then did Wang An put down the Type 56 assault rifle he had been holding.
Wang An didn't believe that someone shot in all four limbs could cause much trouble.
To Wang An's surprise, a throwing knife also fell from the boy's right hand and stuck straight into the grass, the entire blade embedded in the soil.
Upon seeing the throwing knife, Wang An was first taken aback, then immediately became furious. He took three steps in two to walk to the boy's side, raised his big foot and started kicking the boy without any regard for the consequences.
While kicking and shoving, Wang An's mouth didn't stop either; he started cursing at the kid:
"Holy shit, holy shit, holy shit!"
These people are incredibly dangerous. If they are prepared and want to target someone, it's a nightmare for that person.
Fortunately, no matter how fast a throwing knife is, it is not as fast as a bullet, otherwise one or two of Wang An and the other three would really be in serious trouble.
Wang An's kicks were delivered with absolutely no force; Wang An was certain that he had broken his ribs.
It has to be admitted, however, that this kid was incredibly resilient. Aside from a few muffled groans and spitting out some blood, he just endured it all, without begging for mercy or even letting out a howl. Keep in mind that this kid was riddled with bullets in all four limbs.
Only after Wang An had vented his anger did he stop kicking and punching the boy.
Wang An felt that he couldn't get any information out of such a ruthless person, so he simply didn't ask anything.
Turning his head, Wang An asked Mu Xueli and the other two:
"Did you see the two horses they were riding? Mainly the ones with the hind legs."
After asking the question, Wang An casually glanced around, but his eyes lingered on the boy's face on the ground.
Wang An mainly wanted to confirm from the boy's expression whether these two were in cahoots with the other 12 people.
Mu Xueli immediately said:
"Yes, I see it. There's a branding mark on the horse's leg."
Wang Li immediately added:
“I saw it too; the branding marks were the same as the branding marks on those horses.”
Huang Zhong nodded to Wang An and said:
"Brother, I saw it too."
Sure enough, when Wang An and the other two were talking about this topic, the kid lying on the ground suddenly widened his eyes and stared at Wang An with a shocked expression.
After looking at Wang An for a while, the young man suddenly burst into laughter:
"Hahahaha. You even dared to kill our people? You're really tired of living, hahahaha!"
Before the kid could finish laughing, Wang An's big foot kicked him hard in the cheek, making a crisp "crack" sound in the kid's neck.
Then the kid tilted his head and spat out two big teeth.
Wang An glanced at the two large teeth and said very calmly:
"So what if I kill you? You'd die anyway."
After saying that, Wang An squatted down and continued speaking with a disdainful expression:
"Come on, tell me, who are you? What about the people who killed you? What can you do to me?"
The kid's neck was probably a little sore from Wang An's kick, and he tilted his head and said fiercely:
"Hmph, you have no right to know who we are. Just wait for our revenge."
Before the young man could finish speaking, Wang An stood up and shot him in the head. The young man died before he could even say his last words and went to meet Buddha with his companion.
After examining the two corpses, Wang An instructed Wang Li and the other two:
“We need to dispose of the body to avoid trouble. I remember there was a swamp just before we came here. Let’s throw the body there.”
Seeing that Wang An's expression was not good, Mu Xueli carefully said:
"Brother-in-law, shall we check their pockets again?"
Wang An smiled slightly and said:
"Of course we have to take it out; it would be a waste not to." (End of Chapter)
