Potential Threat, Waiting for the Rabbit to Run into the Tree Stump

In the bushes below, Su Yuan approached the Wind-Riding Eagle, which had been smashed into a pulp, took out its crystal core, and then checked all the valuables in Li Mu's backpack.

Looking at the various items in front of him, worth less than a million Federal Credits, Su Yuan couldn't help but sigh.

The items Li Mu carried in his backpack were only a small amount of ferocious beast materials and a small number of crystal cores.

The most valuable item was the crystal core of the Wind-Riding Eagle that Su Yuan had just killed.

The awakened seventh-tier ferocious beast core is worth nearly 100,000 Federal Credits, accounting for one-tenth of the value of all the materials Su Yuan collected from Li Mu's relics.

"This is only a sixth-level awakened beast tamer? They're really poor!"

"Before I became an Awakened-level Beastmaster, my gains in half a month in the Molten Mountains were more than this guy's entire fortune!"

"Well, even a mosquito bite is still meat, and it's still nearly a million in income."

Looking at the bag in his hand, Su Yuan sighed and put the spoils he had captured into the large pack on Xiao Yan's back.

After taking one last look at Li Mu's unrecognizable corpse, Su Yuan, who was killing someone for the first time, felt somewhat uncomfortable.

Without lingering, he beckoned Xiao Yan to fly into the air and continue searching for suitable plant-based ferocious beast targets in the Voodoo Jungle.

What Su Yuan didn't know was that the reason he was able to collect tens of millions of resources in half a month in the Molten Fire Mountains was not only because of his powerful beast-taming combat ability, but also because of his talent, "Heavenly Revelation Divine Eye".

With the mythical talent of the Divine Eye of Revelation, Su Yuan can not only see through the evolutionary information of all ferocious beasts, but also easily discover the rare treasures and hidden ferocious beasts in the surrounding area.

Other beast tamers are far behind in this regard.

Although Li Xian and Li Mu were both awakened level six or seven beast tamers, their ability to search for rare and precious materials and find ferocious beasts in this witchcraft secret realm was far inferior to that of Su Yuan, who was only awakened level four.

Moreover, the two of them had only been in the Voodoo Realm for a short time, so they naturally didn't have many materials on them.

Not long after Su Yuan left, the lingering stench of blood attracted a horde of ferocious beasts, who began to fight over the flesh and blood of the Wind-Riding Eagle and Li Mu's corpse.

In just a few minutes, the flesh and blood of these corpses were devoured, leaving only a pile of bones on the spot.

…………

"Aww—"

Somewhere in the Voodoo Forest, a fifth-level awakened scorpion beast let out a mournful scream, and its two-meter-long body collapsed to the ground with a thud.

In front of this venomous scorpion-like beast stood a majestic black leopard.

The leopard exuded a powerful aura of a ninth-level awakened being.

Clearly, it was this black leopard that killed the fifth-level awakened scorpion.

"Brother, we've been searching for three days now, and we still haven't found a trace of that kid. Should we continue searching here?"

Behind the black leopard, a short, bald man looked impatiently at his older brother, who was a head taller than him, and said...

"This voodoo jungle is quite large. Apart from the boy's portrait, we don't have any other items related to him. Finding him ahead of time and completing the mission will be difficult."

"Forget it, let's listen to our second brother and go back to the entrance of the secret realm to wait for that kid. I don't believe he won't leave this secret realm!"

Hearing his brothers complain, the bald man, the eldest brother, took a deep breath and made up his mind.

The two of them were two of the three brothers who were hired by Yang Di to kill Su Yuan.

Three days ago, the three of them had just entered the Voodoo Forest Secret Realm when they were attracted by the commotion of the battle between Xiao Yan and the Vine Poison Demon.

When the three arrived at the battle location, they were unable to find Su Yuan's whereabouts. Instead, they engaged in a fierce battle with the ferocious beasts of the secret realm who had gathered due to the commotion of the battle.

Although the three brothers used their great strength to kill all the ferocious beasts, they were still in a rather sorry state.

After two more days of aimless searching, still finding no trace of Su Yuan, the second of the three suggested that they all return to the entrance of the secret realm and wait for him to come to them.

However, the bald leader was thinking of finding Su Yuan as soon as possible, killing him, completing the mission, and collecting the reward.

The two disagreed, so in the end only the second brother went back to guard the entrance to the secret realm.

The eldest and third brothers continued their search in the Voodoo Jungle.

Two days passed in the blink of an eye, and there was still no trace of Su Yuan.

This finally made the bald leader give up his stubbornness and listen to the second brother's decision.

"Brother, we should have done this a long time ago."

"I don't believe that kid can stay in this voodoo jungle forever. He'll definitely have to get out."

"This Voodoo Jungle secret realm has only one entrance and exit from the outside world."

"As long as the three of us brothers guard the entrance to the secret realm, we can definitely kill that kid as soon as he shows himself!"

Upon hearing his elder brother's words, the bald third brother smiled broadly and said...

"That's true. Let's clean up the battlefield and then go meet up with our second brother."

Hearing what the third brother said, the eldest brother nodded slightly.

Seeing this, the third brother no longer hesitated and immediately urged the black leopard in front to take away the scorpion's stinger and the crystal core in its head.

After collecting the two most valuable items from the scorpion, he mounted the black panther and urged it to head towards the entrance of the secret realm.

Beside him, the bald leader also rode his own ferocious beast, and the two rode side by side.

On the other side, Su Yuan was still flying low in Xiao Yan, his eyes scanning through layers of poisonous miasma, looking down at every place he passed, leaving no corner unchecked.

"It's been three days since I entered the Voodoo Forest. I've searched a third of the entire secret realm. Little Flame has already broken through to the fifth level of awakening, but I still haven't found a plant-type ferocious beast that matches my target."

"I wonder if searching the remaining areas of this Voodoo Jungle will bring me a surprise, perhaps a plant-type beast that can evolve to mythical quality."

Looking down at the jungle below, which was flying backwards, Su Yuan muttered to himself.

Behind him, the package, which was already bulging with Poison Soul Fruit, was filled with even more high-value materials after the next two days of searching.

The huge package is now completely full.

boom!!!

After Su Yuan finished his low sigh, Xiao Yan carried him for another ten kilometers or so when suddenly, waves of battle energy came from afar, immediately piquing the interest of both him and Xiao Yan.

"Xiao Yan, there's some noise up ahead, let's go check it out!"

Sensing the sounds of battle coming from ahead, Su Yuan's lips curled up slightly, revealing a smile as he gently patted Xiao Yan's head and laughed.

"Chirp chirp!"

Upon hearing Su Yuan's command, Xiao Yan let out a few cheerful cries, flapped its wings, and its speed suddenly increased, quickly flying towards the battle area ahead.
