The Immortals Break Through to Taiyi

Leaving aside the immortality of the Dao Heart, since not everyone cultivates the Dao Heart, it does not interfere with the power of physical supernatural abilities, and few people care about this.

To achieve the Golden Immortal realm, one only needs to achieve one of the other three types of immortality.

However, to break through to the Taiyi realm, one must achieve immortality in physical body, magical power, and divine soul; none of these can be lacking.

Physical body, magical power, and divine soul are the three common cultivation methods for many cultivators, but they will always tend to favor one of them, or even simply cultivate only one and ignore the other two.

Secondly, immortality is immortality, and even if it is temporarily defeated, it will recover. If the other two aspects are not raised to the Golden Immortal realm before this aspect of immortality recovers, then it is equivalent to wasting all your efforts.

Even though these Shangqing immortals have the protection of Tongtian, even if they only cultivate one skill, they can improve the other two skills without wasting money and starting over. That would still take a lot of time and effort.

Even the Holy Mother of Wudang suffered from this. She was born with both an immortal physical body and magical power, but this resulted in her soul being imprisoned within her body. If we compare bottlenecks and constraints to dams, then accumulation is like river water. Rather than letting the river rush down just as it's about to breach the next dam, and then continuing to accumulate slowly, repeating the same pattern, it's better to avoid this.

It would be better to refuse to release the water from the beginning and wait until the pressure becomes unbearable before unleashing the flood, breaking down dozens of dams at once, rather than slowly breaking through like that.

"After ten thousand years of cultivating the mind and comprehending the Dao, and educating three thousand virtuous immortals, I have now achieved an immortal body, yet it is only a matter of crossing one mountain."

Guang Chengzi opened his mouth and chanted, then suppressed all the fluctuations of his magical power, and his whole body returned to its previous peaceful and tranquil state, without his aura becoming any more imposing.

If they hadn't witnessed it with their own eyes, how would those seven Shangqing Immortals have known that Guang Chengzi had broken through so easily? It's clear that he was completely at ease with the surge in power within his body, controlling it as if it were second nature.

But considering that the other party's cultivation had already broken through to the Taiyi realm at the Xuanxian stage, they each understood.

With the Dao heart of a Taiyi Golden Immortal, controlling the Golden Immortal realm is naturally a piece of cake.

Even we are still exploring, and we dare not have the slightest arrogance. We must always remain humble, not in the sense of being inferior to others, but in the sense of being humble towards the Great Way.

Only those who understand mountains can climb them; only a frog in a well would think that what's in front of them is everything, that no one in the world can defeat them—that's just a joke.

Faced with Nuwa's earnest teachings, Guang Chengzi nodded in agreement, saying, "Thank you for your guidance, Aunt Nuwa. I am deeply grateful."

But this wasn't the only good fortune they had. Just as the great masters were about to continue explaining the Daoist tradition, a powerful aura rose up once again in the arena.

A woman with a beautiful face and graceful figure closed her eyes, and her aura rose higher and higher like ocean waves. It would suddenly drop, but then rise again in an instant. In the end, this woman also broke through a certain realm, and her aura became permanently fixed and unchanged.

This woman was none other than Yunxiao, the leader of the Three Immortals.

Yunxiao suddenly opened his eyes, his lips slightly parted, and a golden river rose into the sky. He had also cultivated the realm of immortal magic power here. Even more so than Guang Chengzi and Yunxiao, the Holy Mother of Wudang had countless energies surging up from the top of her head, slowly condensing into an illusory Dao Fruit.

This Dao Fruit was the size of a fist, perfectly round, and seemingly hazy, yet it was constantly solidifying, and although the speed was slow, it was unstoppable.

With the appearance of this Dao Fruit, an extremely grand aura appeared invisibly, slowly enveloping the Dao Fruit as if to protect it.

This aura is all-encompassing, all-embracing, and utterly ruthless, devoid of any selfish thoughts. In the primordial world, only one thing possesses such a quality.

That is the Way of Heaven!

The lofty Heavenly Dao actually sent down a wisp of its aura here, clearly for this Dao Fruit, wanting to integrate it into the Heavenly Dao.

Guang Chengzi understood what it meant that even the Heavenly Dao had bestowed its power upon her. It was clear that the Holy Mother Wudang had fulfilled the great vow she had made in the past, and that was her ninth attempt to regain the Golden Immortal realm.

With the vow fulfilled and the power of the vow generated, the Holy Mother of Wudang completed the test she had given herself. Naturally, her mind and spirit were relaxed, and the many Great Daos within her body coalesced into one, about to transform into the Taiyi Dao Fruit and merge with the Heavenly Dao. From then on, she would become the Taiyi Golden Immortal who could know the major events of the primordial world even while sitting at home.
