Given the current state of the West, where would they find the extra resources to support these treasures? They can barely protect themselves, how could they possibly save others?

This is why the West is said to be a land without treasures. Even if there were treasures, the West would not have the strength to nurture them all. They could only keep them in a state of spiritual light, or even let them die in the womb.

Moreover, even if Jieyin and Zhunti paid the price of nurturing the West, the West's current situation is like a terminally ill person suffering from a serious and recurring disease.

Giving him such a strong medicine might not cure his illness; instead, it could worsen his condition and he might even die.

The most urgent task is to give the West a breather and the strength to take medicine; otherwise, no matter how much they are nourished, it will only delay their death.

Guang Chengzi thought for a moment and said, "It's not that I don't understand other things, but I'm worried about how to perfect my path."

As he spoke, Guang Chengzi presented his path of spiritual cultivation to Zhunti Daoist in its entirety, without worrying that the Lord of the West might steal his teachings.

Just kidding. No matter how impoverished the West may be, even a starved camel is bigger than a horse. As the rulers of the West, Jieyin and Zhunti possess a greater sense of majesty and grandeur than ordinary deities.

They are extremely magnanimous and broad-minded, and would never do such petty theft. They would be overjoyed to see someone come to save the West, so how could they possibly sabotage it behind its back?

Moreover, they are the divinely ordained masters of the West, the greatest saviors of the West. Even if someone else saved the West first, the one who received the most was not that savior, but the two of them.

This is Heaven's reward, a reward for their fearless heart of salvation.

After all, Heaven is impartial and ruthless, but it is by no means without wisdom. It is like the wisest sage in the world, able to clearly diagnose all sorts of inexplicable difficulties and problems, ensuring that no one is wrongly blamed and that no one is let off the hook.

It is precisely because of such fair and just decisions that the Heavenly Oath is the only oath that can be made by all people in the primordial world.

If Jieyin and Zhunti enjoy the benefits of being the rulers of the West but do nothing to save the West, and are unwilling to even waste a little time cultivating, then Heaven's Dao will not allow them to continue in these positions.

Only by devoting themselves wholeheartedly to saving the West, even at the cost of their own safety and lives, could they gain the approval of Heaven and continue to serve as its rulers.

It's a very simple principle: you have to bear the consequences of what you enjoy.

For example, the three races that created the world were once the leaders of scaled creatures, beasts, and birds, encompassing almost all races in the primordial world. Their strength increased greatly, making them virtually invincible, and they determined the first great calamity in the world.

However, the position of leader of a race is not something that can be obtained simply by talking a few words or by looking at strength.

The three races that created the heavens became the leaders of their respective races. While receiving supplies from all races, they also needed to provide a good cultivation environment for all races, as well as a way to become their race.

That's why there's a saying that the Southern Undying Volcanoes, the Four Seas, and the Earthly World are the territories of these three races, which is to fulfill their respective responsibilities.

In addition, there are various secret methods for phoenixes to be reborn from the ashes, unicorns to be transformed by absorbing earth veins, and true dragons to be transformed by breaking through one's own body, all in order to ensure that these myriad races can become dragons, phoenixes, and unicorns.

Although the three original races have declined, they still fulfill their responsibilities in this land, so the Heavenly Dao has not stripped them of their positions as leaders of their races. However, with the rise of the demon race, the status of these three races may be impacted, and they may even perish.

When Zhunti Daoist received the cultivation method of the Mind Cultivation Path, he looked it over from top to bottom and immediately grasped all the mysteries of this path in his heart. Even the slightest bit of truth could not escape Zhunti Daoist's vision.

Although this path was painstakingly created by Guang Chengzi, Zhunti Daoist was able to be accepted as a disciple by Hongjun Daozu, which naturally indicates that he also possessed extraordinary enlightenment.

With just a few glances, he already understood the true meaning of this path.

At the beginning, Zhunti Daoist nodded slightly with a smile on his face, but when he saw the middle part, his brows furrowed, clearly indicating his disapproval.

It wasn't until he read the last paragraph that Zhunti Daoist regained his calm demeanor, shook his head slightly, and said, "Your path is not bad, although it is slightly biased and too extreme, but it is for the sake of the West, which is truly beyond reproach."

This is absolutely unacceptable. One must know that the human heart is like fire, forging all things. Gold is gold, silver is silver, and scrap iron is scrap iron. Any deception or concealment can only last for a time, not for a lifetime.

The reason why Hongjun's path to immortality was able to replace Pangu's creation of the heavens was because Hongjun respected all cultivators and opened up a new path for them from the bottom of his heart. That's why the Taiyi realm appeared and the title of Daozu was bestowed upon him.

The saying goes, "Treat others as you would like to be treated." If you treat me with sincerity, I will naturally treat you with sincerity in return. But if you bully them wantonly, conceal things from them wantonly, and treat them as playthings, they will naturally treat you as playthings in return.
