Chapter 1636

The Arrival of Colonel Ming!

Chapter 1636 The Arrival of Colonel Ming!

As the black Banshee, guided by the CIC, slowly flew into the Alexander-class space battleship Gaudran, it attracted the attention of many maintenance personnel and even pilots on standby.

(Goldland, an Alexander-class space battleship)

The golden unicorn, seemingly unassuming, stood out conspicuously among the GM II-class mechs in the hangar. The black mech drew whistles from many, and some even turned back to the waiting room to call other pilots to come out and watch the spectacle.

"Captain Christina. It seems we have a new teammate."

Nana, who was acting as a sniper, excitedly pulled Christina, who was looking through the combat report, out of the waiting room.

"New teammates? I haven't received any reports of new teammates being transferred! Besides, our squad hasn't suffered any casualties or had any personnel gaps!"

Christina reluctantly placed the battle report on the table and followed Nana out of the waiting room.

Although Nana is a calm and collected sniper in combat, she is a lively and active girl in her daily life, and her liveliness sometimes gives Christina a lot of headaches.

Upon entering the hangar, the first thing the two saw was dozens of technicians in Anaheim Electronics Corporation uniforms escorting several large containers capable of holding MS into the hangar.

"Is that MS equipment?"

A hint of surprise flashed across Christina's eyes.

"Hey! Cute little Nana! And the captain, you're here! Look! That's the dedicated maintenance team. Fully equipped!"

"It's amazing!" said Mike, a member of Christina's team, pointing at the Anaheim Electronics technicians.

"A dedicated maintenance team? Wow! That sounds amazing!"

Nana exclaimed in surprise, her eyes shining as she stared at the mysterious MS with its golden unicorn and black armor.

Christina also noticed the presence of the Banshee Gundam, but unlike Nana, she wasn't surprised. Instead, she raised her hand and patted Nana's head.

"Looks like I'm sorry to disappoint you! This machine, and its pilot, are probably not from our team, nor are they members of any team."

"Oh? Captain. You mean this is the new MS squad?"

"General, enter the hangar!"

Before Christina and the others could exchange more than a few words, a roar came from the entrance of the hangar. Everyone stopped what they were doing, turned their gazes toward the entrance of the hangar, and saluted.

As their gaze fell upon them, Rebil and Tianm arrived together, saluting the surrounding soldiers and pilots.

Seeing that the two generals had come to the hangar together, Christina immediately thought of the Banshee Gundam.

"I'm afraid the pilot of that black machine must be a very important person."

And so, before everyone's eyes, the cockpit of the Banshee Gundam opened.

A man whose face was covered by a silver-gray mask stepped forward and saluted Rebil and Tianm.

"Ming, here to report."

Upon hearing the slightly different voice from before, a hint of surprise flashed across Rebil's eyes, but he still responded.

"Welcome, Colonel Ming. From today onwards, the Gaudran is your mothership!"

Tianm, who was standing to the side, looked around and shouted.

"Gentlemen, from today onwards, Colonel Ming will be the pilot of this ship. He has operational authority second only to us. In the event that we are unable to take command, all orders will be given to Colonel Ming! Understand?"

Everyone was startled and quickly saluted in response. "Yes, General!"

Then, everyone subconsciously looked at each other.

Unexpectedly, a very important person arrived on the Goldland.

A figure second only to the two generals.

Even the captain of the Goldland, who usually doesn't stand out much in the presence of the two generals, probably has to obey this important figure's orders.
Amidst the astonished and uncertain gazes of the crowd, Rebil, Tianm, and He Ming, disguised as Colonel Ming, left the hangar and returned to the war room.

As soon as he entered the war room, Rebil's face darkened, as if a surge of anger was brewing within him.

Seeing this, Tianm looked to He Ming for help.

"General Rebil, I am aware of the situation. What's done is done; we can no longer reverse the loss of the city. The only thing we can do is rescue the survivors as quickly as possible!"

He Ming also felt a surge of anger, but with the composure unique to a changer, he thought of many things and knew that before resolving the BETA invasion, there was no good opportunity to confront the councilors at the Earth Federation Headquarters (UC).

“I understand! I have sent out requests for help to several generals who are on good terms with me and who are also close to the fallen city. At the same time, I have also requested an attack from Karaba and promised to provide them with equipment and help them rescue the survivors.”

Rebil nodded heavily and explained his plan.

"Kalaba? Who's in Karaba now?"

Upon hearing the familiar name, He Ming casually asked.

"Heh. You know someone here, Amuro Ray. Over the past few years, under my arrangement, he secretly joined Karaba and, using methods such as doubles, evaded the surveillance of those councilors, participating in Karaba's missions on numerous occasions."

Rebil revealed a smug smile, but the anger in his eyes did not diminish in the slightest.

"Now it seems that it's time to get Amro completely free from the surveillance of those congressmen."

"Amuro? If it's him, he should be able to save all the survivors of the fallen city, but I don't know how long they can hold out."

He Ming was satisfied with Rebil's arrangements.

However, gathering enough troops to clear out the BETA and recapture cities cannot be accomplished in a short period of time.

"We can only do everything we can to save this! In addition, the other cities around the fallen city are also under great pressure."

"Tianm continued."

"Although the intelligence support you provided enabled the ground forces to eliminate the highly threatening beam-class BETA in a timely manner, our ground forces still suffered considerable losses."

After speaking, the three generals exchanged glances and fell silent.

The war began the moment the Third Dimensional Shock erupted and the BETA invaded.

War inevitably results in significant losses.

After a moment of silence, Rebil looked at He Ming.

“He Ming. Now, we should head to Earth immediately to wipe out the BETA, but unfortunately, during the Third Dimensionalquake, the spaceship carrying the diplomatic mission from PLANT was trapped in a reef area. Our fleet is the closest to them.”

"Therefore, we need to rescue this diplomatic mission as soon as possible, and then immediately head to Earth to wipe out the BETA!"
