Chapter 52

There's Only One Truth!

Chapter 52 There's Only One Truth!

Blending into the Ravenclaw crowd, Andy pulled Hermione toward the common room.

The young wizards were still gossiping.

Despite having no evidence, they still believed that Harry and Ron were the ones who attacked Malfoy.

After all, these two have prior criminal records.

Andy initially thought that Harry and Ron were the ones who attacked Malfoy, but looking at their expressions... it didn't seem quite right.

Unless their acting skills are so good that they can fool Andy, these two can be ruled out as suspects.

So...who is it?

Andy had already noticed that something was wrong with Malfoy, although it was just a feeling, but Andy believed it.

Malfoy had previously said that he would have a private talk with Andy after getting rid of Quirrell, but it seems that Malfoy has already forgotten about it.

This is clearly not right!

Andy originally intended to remain unchanged in the face of all changes.

No matter who it is, as long as they make a move, they will definitely leave a trace.

Moreover, this matter is very likely related to Quirrell.

After all, Keanu Reeves was the main villain in the first movie.

But Andy never expected that his strategy of remaining unchanged would result in Malfoy being attacked.

Okay! Whoever was attacked, as long as Andy isn't involved, then it has nothing to do with Andy.

However, solving a case and catching a thief are two different things.

Since there is danger in the castle, Andy should at least have a basic understanding of where the danger comes from so that he can avoid it.

"You mean, it was Potter and Weasley who attacked Malfoy?" Hermione asked quietly.

"It shouldn't be!"

Andy whispered his analysis: "They wouldn't go that far. And from what Filch said, Malfoy seems to have been attacked by magic, which neither of them is capable of."

Thinking of Harry and Ron's magical abilities, Hermione immediately nodded in agreement.

They didn't do it; they don't have the ability!

"Who is that?" Hermione asked.

"Don't worry, I'll protect you."

Andy tugged at the little witch, "Don't go out alone during this time. Except when you go to the toilet, don't leave my sight."

Who solves the case at a time like this?

That would be such a spoilsport.

The little witch blushed slightly, nodded gently, and gave a barely audible "hmm".

Back in the common room, the prefect allowed the young wizards to move around freely, but they were not allowed to leave the common room.

The young wizards were still gossiping, saying all sorts of things.

But the most frequent guesses come from Harry and Ron, who seem to have already decided that they are the murderers.

Although Andy was equally curious, he managed to restrain himself.

Once we get a better understanding of what happened tomorrow and know the extent of Malfoy's injuries, this matter will be no longer Andy's concern.

"If the problem lies with Malfoy, then what kind of magic caused it?"

Andy secretly guessed.

"Or rather... what is their purpose?"

Without a doubt, Quirrell's goal was to steal the Philosopher's Stone, which was hidden under a trapdoor in the fourth-floor corridor of the castle.

"wrong!"

Andy suddenly realized that Dumbledore might not have put the Philosopher's Stone inside.

Quirrell… or rather, Voldemort, did he know?

Maybe you know, maybe you don't!

Malfoy was attacked, and all the professors were lured to the basement…

"So, there's at least one person left in the castle; he needs to go to the fourth-floor corridor to scout out the situation!"

"But that's simply impossible!"

"Is this blatant act an attempt to fool Dumbledore?"

Andy's mind raced, but he gradually sorted out his thoughts.

As long as Dumbledore is still at Hogwarts, the other side cannot take action.

So the other side's only purpose might be to divert attention, or even to create a mental clinging, making the people in the castle believe that the attack will continue.

When everyone's attention is focused on the attack, other things are naturally overlooked.

"But...and then?" Andy frowned slightly.

Quirrell isn't at Hogwarts, so how is he going to steal the Philosopher's Stone?

"Are you thinking about the attack?" Hermione suddenly asked.

"Yeah! After all, the attack happened at school, so we should at least find out what happened." Andy nodded.

"With Dumbledore around, they'll heal Malfoy," Hermione said.

Cured?

Andy had a flash of inspiration.

Draco Malfoy is the only son of the Malfoy family. Given how much Draco cared for him, how could he possibly allow Draco to stay in the school infirmary for treatment?

Even if the injury isn't serious, as long as it's caused by magic, Malfoy will be transferred to St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Injuries and Wounds for a second examination.

And in this way, Quirrell... or rather Voldemort, could infiltrate again.

"That should be it!"

Andy is pretty much confirmed.

Quirrell's goal was to infiltrate Hogwarts again through Malfoy.

If Malfoy is transferred to another hospital, his plan will be considered a success.

Thinking of this, Andy breathed a sigh of relief.

At least Hogwarts is safe for now!

As for the Philosopher's Stone, Quirrell, and Voldemort, let Dumbledore deal with those!

Who cares if Voldemort can be resurrected!

Seeing the change in Andy's expression, Hermione quickly asked, "Andy, have you thought of something?"

"How is that possible?"

Andy denied it, saying, "I'm just a minor wizard. You should ask Dumbledore that question."

Hermione clearly didn't believe it.

She knew Andy very well. Andy had been thinking about Malfoy's attack, but suddenly stopped thinking about it. The only answer was that Andy had figured it out.

This is almost exactly the same as how Andy looked when he was learning magic.

the other side.

Dumbledore led a group of professors to the basement.

Malfoy lay on the cold ground, his body stiff, burning hot, and his face shrouded in a dark aura.

Dumbledore poked Malfoy with his wand, then drew out a cloud of black mist.

"Albus?" Professor McGonagall looked at Dumbledore with a worried expression.

"Very sophisticated dark magic!" Dumbledore said in a deep voice.

Snape went up to check as well, and immediately frowned.

This level of dark magic is not something an ordinary person can perform.

Moreover, the person who did the attack did not take Malfoy's life.

After Dumbledore's initial treatment, the effects of the Dark Magic had been significantly reduced.

However, Malfoy will need a long period of rest and recuperation to recover.

"Who do you think did it?" Professor McGonagall pressed.

"Clearly, Porter and Weasley are not at that level."

Snape's face showed a mocking expression. "However, they are still quite suspicious. They might be the ones who lured Malfoy here."

Dumbledore began slowly, "We all know they didn't do it."

After a pause, Dumbledore continued, "Investigating the truth is our next task. As for now... we need to take Malfoy to the school infirmary for treatment."
