Chapter 10

Tony's Social Media Fiasco! The Golden Legend!

"This is the voice of money!"

Tony Stark opened his arms, trying to embrace the truth.

However, three minutes later.

Tony Stark, New York's richest man.

At this moment, like a drowning landlubber, half of its body was buried in a pile of colorful gashapon capsules, with only its head and two hands showing.

"This is way too much..."

Tony scratched his head and gave a slightly annoyed "fuck".

"Don't stop, Mr. Stark."

"The ocean of probability is vast; it's normal for one or two billionaires to drown."

Li Ang sat on the high counter, holding Bulbasaur in his arms.

"Stop talking nonsense!"

Tony yelled, grabbed the nearest white gashapon capsule, and twisted it open hard.

"If even one of them is good, then ten million is worth it!"

Click.

A flash of white light.

A box of pills with a red cross printed on it fell into Tony's palm.

[Painkiller: From Left 4 Dead, swallow it whole, and you can run another two kilometers even if you get bitten by a zombie.]

"Painkillers?"

Tony stared at the bottle of pills in his hand, which probably only cost five dollars, his lips twitching. "I spent ten thousand dollars, and this is what you give me?"

"That's a life-saving drug; it can make you ignore the pain in critical moments."

Li Ang shrugged. "Next."

Click.

A rusty iron sword.

[Rusty Iron Sword: From the Zelda Wilds, attack power 3, a piece of junk that will shatter after only a couple of swings. Watch out for tetanus.]

"Shit! A tetanus sword? What is this? A biological weapon?"

Tony threw the iron sword behind him with a crisp sound.

Click.

A pink pair of women's panties.

[Panties: From certain harem anime that are difficult to describe. Aside from the fact that anyone wearing them would feel ashamed, they have no other attributes.]

"..."

Tony looked at the pink fabric in his hand, and his face instantly turned a deep purplish-red.

Jarvis.

"I'm here, sir."

"Physically delete that recording from the server! Immediately! Right now!"

The next ten minutes were a torturous ordeal for Tony Stark, a kind of torture known as the White Hell.

Even if he is a billionaire, even if he is mentally prepared.

But looking at those piles of junk worth ten thousand US dollars, he still lost his composure.

Expired newspapers, slippers with only one shoe, and a note saying "Come again, but we won't exchange them."

There was even a prank toy that looked like gold, but was actually just a regular poop model.

"I don't believe it! God couldn't possibly do this to me!"

Tony's eyes were bloodshot, like a gambler who had lost everything. He frantically searched through the pile of balls until he finally grabbed a gashapon that smelled of wheat.

"What's this? Bread?"

Tony frowned as he looked at the slice of toast in his hand, which was printed with mathematical formulas.

[Memory Bread: From the world of Doraemon, although it's expired, the contents printed on it will still allow you to recite them flawlessly. Note: Side effects may include mild diarrhea and random memory regression.]

"Memory bread? It can make people remember what's printed on it?"

Tony scoffed, "This stuff goes against neuroscience..."

To verify, and also to replenish the stamina consumed by the previous thousand consecutive draws, Tony inexplicably took a bite.

It tastes a bit sour, like whole wheat slices that have been sitting out for a week.

The next second, a jolt like an electric current shot straight to the top of my head.

Tony's pupils dilated, he opened his mouth, and his voice became somewhat dull.

"I remember now! When I was eight, I hid my teddy bear in Howard's Cadillac exhaust pipe!"

"The car stalled, and Howard, thinking it was an engine problem, took it apart. I was so scared I peed my pants and stuffed them under Jarvis's bed to frame him!"

Most afraid of the air suddenly quiet.

Only the clock on the wall was ticking.

"Hahaha!"

Li Ang clutched his stomach, laughing so hard he almost fell off the counter. "Wet your pants? That's definitely the biggest scandal of the century!"

"Dana! Dana!" The Bulbasaur above also let out a mocking cry.

Tony's face went from white to red, then from red to black, finally settling on a deathly pale color, as if he wanted to kill someone to silence them.

"Jarvis..."

Tony's voice trembled.

"Sir, even I cannot evaluate your self-destructive behavior without violating the underlying logic."

Jarvis's voice was tinged with suppressed laughter.

"This damn bread!!"

Tony angrily slammed the remaining half of the bread onto the ground. "This is a rip-off! Absolutely a rip-off!"

Just as Tony was about to flip the table in protest, his hand touched a gashapon capsule that emitted a faint blue light.

This is the first gashapon capsule toy he's ever gotten a feel for after opening over 500 capsules.

"Huh?" Tony paused, then instinctively turned it on.

There is no physical object.

Only a streak of light, as if it were alive, pierced into Tony's forehead.

Tony instinctively tried to dodge, but the light was too fast.

boom!

My brain felt as if it had been struck by a heavy hammer, followed by a flood of information.

Footwork, power generation techniques, joint locking techniques, analysis of human vulnerability points...

Those were memories he never had.

[Skill Book: Basic Combat Mastery (Blue)]

[Description: Even a playboy who only knows how to flaunt money can master close-quarters combat skills at a special forces level.]

Tony closed his eyes for ten seconds, then suddenly opened them, his gaze sharp as a knife.

He casually threw a punch, and the air made a crisp sound.

Then came a roundhouse kick, the movement so precise it looked like that of a veteran who had practiced for twenty years.

"This feeling..."

Tony stared at his hands, clenching his fists in disbelief. "Muscle memory? Neural reflex remodeling? You directly altered my neural synaptic connections?"

As a scientist, he knew all too well what this meant.

This is more effective than any serum, and even safer.

"I told you long ago, knowledge is power."

Li Ang wiped away the tears of laughter. "So? Was that ten thousand dollars worth it?"

"Hmph, barely."

Tony straightened his tie, his words laced with arrogance, but the fervor in his eyes was impossible to conceal.

The thrill of instantly becoming stronger is indeed addictive.

"Keep going! I refuse to believe we can't withdraw the funds today!"

With the blue card as a safety net, Tony's unlucky streak seems to have finally been broken.

In the next two hundred shots, although white was still the majority, some strange and unusual things also appeared one after another.

A housekeeping robot that can clean itself automatically.

A Desert Eagle with unlimited ammo that never seems to run out of bullets, though its power is average, has the advantage of not needing to reload.

Just when there were only two gashapon capsules left.

Tony picked up a green gashapon that looked extremely unremarkable.

Click.

A plant that looked like a weed and had a faint bitter smell fell out.

[Detoxifying Herb: From the world of Gourmet Delight, although extremely bitter, it possesses powerful broad-spectrum detoxifying abilities.]

"A blade of grass?"

Tony pinched the plant's leaves with disgust. "What would I do with this thing? Feed it to your garlic bastard?"

As he spoke, he was about to throw the plant away like the trash from before.

"If I were you, I would keep it."

Li Ang suddenly spoke, his voice less playful and more meaningful.

"Mr. Stark, you know your own physical condition."

"Some things science can't cure, but metaphysics can."

Tony's hand froze in mid-air.

He subconsciously touched the location of the miniature reactor on his chest.

The bitter taste of palladium poisoning has been lingering in his throat lately.

Does this charlatan know?

Tony gave Li Ang a deep look, said nothing, and silently put away the inconspicuous antidote herb.

"Okay, one last one."

Tony took a deep breath.

This is a purple gashapon capsule, but the moment Tony touches it, the purple shell suddenly peels off, revealing an extremely dazzling golden light!

Om-!

The entire cramped gashapon shop was instantly engulfed in golden light.

The light was sacred and magnificent, making the mountain of discarded plastic shells pale in comparison.

"This is..." Tony squinted, his heart pounding.

"Wow! The Golden Legend!" Leon whistled and jumped off the counter. "Looks like you've used up all your luck in this one moment, Stark."

The golden light dissipated.

In Tony's palm lay a delicate box.

Upon opening the box, two capsules, each about the size of a little finger, were found inside, bearing the logo of Capsule Corporation.

"Pills?" Tony asked, puzzled. "I don't take drugs."

"No, this is the pinnacle of spatial folding technology."

Li Ang pointed to the capsule, "Press the button on it and throw it out."

Tony was skeptical, but he picked up the capsule, pressed the button on top, and casually tossed it into the empty street outside the store.

Bang!

A burst of white smoke exploded.

After the smoke cleared, a futuristic-looking heavy motorcycle was parked on the side of the road.

The metallic sheen glitters under the streetlights, showcasing the ultimate beauty of industrial design.

"What the f…"

Tony swore and lunged forward, stroking the motorcycle like he would a lover.

"This material...where did the mass go? What about the law of conservation of mass? How could such a small volume contain so many atoms?"

His scientific views were dealt a severe blow, but this was followed by an unprecedented ecstasy.

As a mechanic and an engineer, this technology is simply a masterpiece of God!

"The All-Purpose Capsule".

Leaning against the doorframe, Li Ang explained, "It also utilizes space technology that even Pym particles would consider their ancestors."

"The other one is a gravity chamber, which can be adjusted up to 100 times the gravity. Of course, if you don't want to be crushed into a pulp, it is recommended to start training at 1.1 times."

"How much?"

Tony whirled around, his eyes burning with a ravenous rage. "I'll buy the patent rights to this technology, no matter the price!"

"This is a technology tree from another dimension. With your current technology tree, you can't replicate it even if you dismantle it."

Li Ang waved his hand, "Even Pym Hank would have to scratch his head."

Although Tony was unwilling, he knew that the value of this thing was immeasurable.

He carefully put away the gravity chamber capsule and climbed onto the motorcycle from the Dragon Ball world.

The engine roared, producing a pleasant sound.

"Thanks, charlatan."

Tony put on sunglasses to hide the fatigue and excitement in his eyes. "I admit this deal is excellent value for money."

"Wait a moment."

Just as Tony was about to twist the accelerator and leave, Leon suddenly called out to him.

"What kind of after-sales service is available?" Tony turned his head to the side.

Li Ang looked at the man in a suit riding a motorcycle, his smile vanished, and he pointed to Tony's waist.

The Yamadam Belt is hidden there.

"Stark, you're a genius, there's no doubt about it."

"But don't be too superstitious about your metal can. The Mark armor has its limits, but life doesn't."

Li Ang's voice sounded exceptionally clear in the night.

"That thing on your waist is called Kuuga. It's not equipment; it's evolution."

"When your technology reaches its limit, remember to look back at your body."

"The power of idealism is sometimes more terrifying than that of materialism."

Tony was silent for two seconds.

Behind the sunglasses, a glint flashed in his eyes, and the corners of his mouth turned up, revealing his signature conceited smile.

"I will prove to you that I can excel at both."

boom!

The motorcycle roared, transforming into a silver streak of light as it disappeared into the Queens night.

Watching Tony's departing figure, Li Ang stretched and turned to look at Happy, who was staring blankly in the car.

Why aren't you leaving?

Happy slapped his forehead: "Wait for me, Tony!"

Li Ang chuckled, turned to look at the mess in the gashapon shop, and sighed with a headache.

"System, could you add a one-click recycling function in the future? Sweeping is really tiring."

[Host, you can purchase items that other players have obtained from the game in the shop.]

"Didn't Tony just draw a housekeeping robot? That's mine now..."

"Wait, it seems he also put that broken robot in the car and drove off with it?"

Li Ang's lips twitched.

These damn capitalists, they won't even spare garbage?!
