Hobart estimated that the "Great Mysterious Fool" behind the gray fog should have made some connection by now.
He continued, "Elves look similar to humans, but they have pointed ears and are exceptionally irritable, which is probably related to their extraordinary characteristics."
"The Elf King and the Giant King were once allies, but later became mortal enemies and fought each other for many years."
Hobart laughed and said, "I guarantee that unless you become a high-ranking member of a church, you will never have access to this information!"
"Because elven culture is very different from modern culture, I can't describe it in too much detail for you. However, I can help you determine whether what you've encountered is an elven relic, provided that I can examine the murals or decorative patterns within the relic."
Hobart only revealed some information that wasn't very confidential, and it was all rather trivial.
As for more confidential information such as the homeland of the elves and the Elf King's follower, the "Queen of Calamity," he did not intend to tell the Hanged Man now.
However, this was enough to shock the other three people.
Alger was somewhat dazed. He hadn't expected the Emperor to actually know so many details about the Elven race. He was well aware of how valuable this knowledge was. As the Emperor said, it was impossible for anyone other than a regional bishop or cardinal of the Church to know this information, but the Emperor was precisely not a regional bishop or cardinal.
Audrey became even more curious about the race from that distant era, while Klein's mind was filled with chopsticks and spicy blood curd.

When Hobart took a look, he saw that there were two kinds of patterns. One kind was a pattern that looked like the Chinese character "回" and it looked like clusters of clouds arranged together.
It resembles an overturned letter "S", except with an extra hook at the top and bottom, like layers of waves rolling forward.
This is "Raymon"! Although it is significantly different from the "Raymon" that Hobart remembered, the abstract yet realistic and elegant charm of Eastern culture... which should be called "Western Continent" culture here is still there.
Hobert said, "These patterns have obvious elven cultural characteristics; what you've encountered should be an elven relic."
Alger then asked, "This site has probably been discovered by many people, but when I enter it, my spirit still resonates with it. Why is that?"
"Congratulations!" Hobart smiled. "If you explore this site further, you're sure to find extraordinary properties or materials that are similar to yours."
Alger's eyes lit up: "How can I find them?"
Hobart smiled and said, "I suggest you try using your extraordinary abilities in the ruins. Perhaps it will evoke a stronger resonance and allow you to find more clues."
He paused for a moment, then said, "Alright, we should discuss how you will pay the fee."
Alger asked, "What do you want from me?"
"The first reward is the results of your exploration," Hobart said. "I'm also very interested in the elven ruins, so one of the rewards is that I want to know the results of your exploration."
Alger nodded: "No problem."
Hobart added, "The other reward is £1000 in cash, or goods, materials, or information of equal value."
"Of course, I don't have an urgent need right now, you can pay me back for now."
Alger breathed a sigh of relief; the price was indeed within an acceptable range. "No problem."
With the transaction concluded, the gathering moved into the discussion phase.
Audrey spoke first: "I recently met an extraordinary person with many channels. He seems to only be at Sequence 9, but he can complete many seemingly difficult transactions through his channels."
"For example, in one transaction he explained how to cleverly use extraordinary abilities to overcome one's past self."
Only then did Hobart realize that they were talking about him!
Audrey continued, "I didn't find many characteristics of an extraordinary being in him, but I do remember him solemnly stating that he was a 'lawyer.' Does he have a potion with a 'lawyer' sequence?"
Hobart scratched his head: That's the scary thing about the 'audience'. I tried to hide my extraordinary abilities, but Audrey still got a lot of clues.
"Yes!" Alger replied succinctly.
Audrey nodded, not pressing the "lawyer's" extraordinary abilities further, knowing that the Hanged Man would surely demand payment, and it wasn't her first time attending a party; she wasn't willing to pay for something so trivial.
Hobert changed the subject: "As far as I know, a mercenary team from Rune ambushed the Extraordinary Ones of the Fursac Empire in the Southern Continent, and the battle killed two Sequence 5s of the Fursac Empire."
Alger smiled and said, "Mercenaries again? It seems that Rune has no desire for war lately, not even for a small naval battle involving a dozen or so ships."
Audrey then asked some questions about "playing" and "digesting," and the Fool explained to her the feeling of "digesting" a potion.
With this topic concluded, the gathering drew to a close.
Leaving the gray fog, Hobart returned to his rented room, stretched, and prepared to go back to his office to continue working on Mr. Sean's case and Bob's case.
Hopper lay in bed, somewhat wistfully thinking that he actually became busier when faced with more conventional cases!

On an unnamed island in the eastern part of the raging sea.
Alger found an excuse to leave the ghost ship's crew and went alone to the ruins in the middle of the island.
Only a few crooked stone pillars remain of this ruin. They were originally covered with vines, but a sailor on the Alger ship discovered the site while searching for fresh water, and the vines on the pillars were cleared away by them.
In the middle of the stone pillar, there is a deep, emerald-green pool.
