Chapter 31

The Joker: Batman, Save Me

Chapter 31 The Joker: Batman, Save Me

"The Joker Gang's madmen are too powerful on Corning Street. We need immediate backup."

"Headquarters, the Joker Gang has been causing trouble on Wayne Avenue, with more than a hundred members. Requesting the dispatch of mobile units."

"Fowles Street Patrol Team requests backup; we've been surrounded by the Jokers."

……

Calls for help came through the walkie-talkies, making the five young heroes' faces grim.

The Court of Owls saga wasn't over, and now the Jokers have started a riot.

"Don't worry about me, go and quell the trouble."

Bruce sensed a conspiracy, but still ordered them to go.

Because Gotham cannot exist without the Bat Family, nor can it allow criminals to run rampant.

The group immediately headed to the city, hoping to finish the battle quickly and return.

At that moment, Allen rode his electric bicycle out.

The guards at Arkham Asylum naturally wouldn't open the door, following their usual practice of taking an unconventional route.

As they passed through a desolate area, Allen stopped the car and looked at the lush wildflowers.

"It's very impolite to visit someone in the hospital empty-handed."

Allen got out of the car and picked some wildflowers as a gift for visiting the sick.

Moreover, they thoughtfully wrapped it with the hamburger wrapper they received from the relief center yesterday.

"Director Chen was right after all; even a piece of toilet paper has its uses."

They sped along the road to Wayne Manor.

"Butler, open the door."

Allen shouted into the iron gate, but received no response.

He then looked at the doorbell button.

Ding Dong!

A minute later, still no one came.

Ding Dong!Ding Dong!

"Did Batman and Butler elope?"

Allen calmly analyzed the situation, immediately dismissed his guess, and concluded: "Impossible, they must be watching porn behind my back."

Ding ding ding dong!

Ding ding ding ding!

Ding ding ding ding ding...

In a fit of anger, Allen frantically rang the doorbell and poke at the buttons, determined to get the person out and confront them.

嗞…

A flash of lightning streaked across the room, and a puff of white smoke rose from the doorbell.

Allen, bewildered, withdrew his hands and looked innocently at the broken doorbell.

Looking around and seeing no one, she breathed a sigh of relief and said to the doorbell, "I'm so sorry for putting so much pressure on you at your age. I hope you can be more sensible next time."

After saying that, he lifted the electric bicycle and threw it over the wall, then Allen climbed over the wall and went inside.

"Since I'm already here, how can I leave on an empty stomach?"

Allen said that the flowers weren't given away for free; he had to at least get a meal in return, otherwise he would feel like he was losing out.

Electric trams wandered around the Wayne family castle.

Alan couldn't help but say sourly, "In a house this big, you'd have to pay at least the starting fare to take a taxi just to use the restroom."

People and cars entered the elevator and went directly down to the underground bat cave.

Ding!

"Butler, what's wrong?"

As soon as the elevator doors opened, Afu, covered in blood, lay on the ground.

Allen quickly stepped forward and said with concern, "Ah Fu, the ground is cold, be careful not to catch a cold."

"Allen, hurry and save the master!"

As Ah Fu lay dying, he pointed into the distance and saw an entrance that led directly underground.

"Bat is so naughty, he never listens to advice."

Peering into the entrance from the edge, Allen looked at him with a disappointed expression, then picked up the heavily injured Afu and said, "I can only help you to be buried with me after you die."

"..."

Are you crazy? What are you trying to do?

I asked you to save Bruce, not to throw me into the hole.

Unfortunately, Afu now has great difficulty speaking.

……

Two corpses lay quietly in the lush, green Dionysus Factor pool.

Bruce was wearing soft pajamas, but the clothes had many tears, and he was soaking in Dionysus extract face down.

Beside him stood the clown in a purple suit, whose face still wore an exaggerated smile even in death.

After the Court of Owls revealed Batman's identity, Arthur meticulously planned his operation.

First, he had the Joker cause trouble in Gotham City to distract the five main characters, and then he went alone to Wayne Manor.

Before entering, ring the doorbell and leave a gift box.

Unaware of what was happening, the butler, Afu, picked up the gift box and opened it, releasing poisonous gas that brought the poison under his control.

They then found the Batcave and confronted Bruce head-on.

To defeat Batman, you can only ambush him, not fight him head-on.

After a brief struggle, they both fell into the cave and perished.

Even though Bruce's body has not yet recovered, the Joker can only fight to the death.

As if fate were playing a cruel joke, they fell right in the Dionysian Fossil Pool.

Suddenly, Arthur's fingers twitched, and then he sat up blankly, very confused as to whether he was still alive.

He touched his head in confusion, then his eyes widened in surprise.

"My hair has grown back."

Arthur excitedly pulled at the two tufts of hair in front of his eyes, seeing his lost green hair returned.

pat!

Before he could even stroke his hair, he heard a familiar voice that sent a shiver down his spine.

Follow the sound source.

Inside the cave, in a shadowy corner, a flickering flame illuminated a face with a terrifying smile.

"Allen!?"

That's right, it's Allen, whose gums are sticking out when he smiles.

"Don't come any closer, let's talk this out."

As Arthur watched Allen slowly approach, he had a premonition of what was about to happen. At that moment, his manic laughter was cured, and only fear remained on his face.

"Clown, classmate."

Allen said in a righteous and serious voice, "At your age, you should be studying crime and fighting for justice, not focusing on fancy things like growing your hair long and dyeing it. As the Dean of Students at Gotham University, I must nip this evil trend in the bud and guide you onto the path of crime."

"Are you crazy?!"

Arthur panicked and ran for his life.

He'd rather face Batman than this lunatic.

Before they had taken more than a few steps, Allen had already pinned Arthur down and turned his lighter to maximum power.

You asked where the lighter came from.

I took it along with cigarettes when I went to the relief point.

As the saying goes, I may not smoke, but I must have some.

"Alan, please no! I'm begging you, please don't burn your hair, you can burn your armpit hair, even if it falls out."

Arthur pleaded tearfully, frantically digging with his hands, trying to escape Allen's clutches.

"You bad student who doesn't behave properly and commits crimes, and you're still trying to bargain? Do you think my authority as the dean of students is nothing? This time, I'll burn your eyebrows off too."

Allen had already picked up a lighter and set his green hair on fire, the sizzling sound accompanied by a burnt smell.

Arthur cried out in agony and helplessness, "No! Please stop! Batman, wake up! Save me!"

Is someone calling me?

It sounds like the clown's voice.

Bruce woke up slowly and looked up to see Alan riding on the Joker, burning his hair with a lighter.

"I must be dreaming. How could the Joker possibly be asking me for help?"

Bruce gave a wry smile and buried his head back into the pool.

Feeling the cool temperature of the Dionysus factor liquid, he suddenly raised his head and woke up with a start, realizing he wasn't dreaming.

"It's not a dream!"

Bruce recalled what had happened earlier and suddenly realized that it was the Dionysian factor that had resurrected him.

Looking at the Joker, who was apologizing and pleading for help, Bruce resolutely chose to stand by and do nothing.

First, he knew he couldn't beat Allen; second, he had no reason to help an enemy; and he even worried that Allen might go crazy and burn his hair too.
