Chapter 1126
Lucia: I'm running! Choi Myung: I'm kicking!
"Crack—Boom!" The spaceship's shield shattered completely under the intense firepower, and the blinding energy wave instantly engulfed half of the cabin. Before the two Muzhen aliens could even finish screaming, they were thrown out by the shockwave, like two broken balls with broken strings, falling straight towards the Earth's atmosphere.
The feeling of weightlessness, accompanied by a gust of wind, rushed into his throat. Da Sha Chun flailed his limbs wildly, and just as he was about to crash into a piece of flying spaceship wreckage, he reacted quickly and grabbed the shell on his companion's back—just like Tom grabbing Jerry's tail as a cushion.
"Help! Hold on to me!"
Just as his companion was terrified, a sharp pain suddenly shot through his back. He turned around and saw that it was Da Sha Chun who was dragging him down. He immediately flew into a rage and kicked Da Sha Chun in the face: "Damn it! You lunatic! You're falling by yourself and you're dragging me down with you!" The kick was quite powerful, sending Da Sha Chun tumbling three times. The two of them were tangled together like a clump of twisted green mud, rolling and falling with the air currents.
In the chaos, his companion found a relatively intact piece of spaceship debris and clung to it tightly. Just as he was about to catch his breath, Da Sha Chun pounced on him like a mad dog, and the two began tearing at each other over this "lifesaving fragment," their fingernails scraping against each other's carapaces with a hissing sound. "I found this first! Get away!" "If you hadn't tricked me into coming to Earth, would I be suffering like this? Let go!"
In the struggle, the debris snapped under the strain, and the two fell into freefall again. Da Sha Chun panicked and reached out to grab his companion's tentacles, causing the companion to glow green in pain. The companion then bit Da Sha Chun's arm. Like two wild cats fighting, they screamed and sabotaged each other. One moment Da Sha Chun was using his companion as a cushion to push him into the air currents; the next, his companion was grabbing Da Sha Chun's legs and slamming them against the wreckage. Throughout the ordeal, there wasn't a single proper cry for help, only mutual accusations and insults.
A passing asteroid fragment whizzed past Da Sha Chun's ear, startling him so much that he instinctively pulled his companion in front of him—a classic cat-and-mouse game of shifting blame. His companion, hit on the shoulder by the fragment and howling in pain, wasn't about to back down. Taking advantage of Da Sha Chun's closed eyes as he dodged, he shoved him aside, causing them both to crash into an even larger piece of debris. They were both thrown back, their antennae bent from the impact.
"You did this on purpose!" Big Fool roared angrily, his crooked tentacles pointing outwards, and pounced on his companion, pounding him wildly. His companion struggled to roll over, and the two of them tumbled together in a ball, spinning around in the plunging air, sometimes face down, sometimes back up, their shells dented all over, but they still didn't forget to play pranks on each other.
Just as they were about to plunge into the Earth's clouds, Da Sha Chun suddenly had a flash of inspiration. He wanted to use his companion's body as a buffer, so he wrapped his legs tightly around the other's waist. His companion noticed his intention and bent down, throwing Da Sha Chun forward like a piece of trash. He then used the recoil to slightly adjust his posture—but his cool pose lasted only three seconds. The next second, Da Sha Chun grabbed his ankle and they both plummeted downwards, headfirst and feet up, in an extremely comical "upside-down" position, straight into the dense forest below.
"Thump—splat!" Two muffled thuds mingled with the sound of breaking leaves, raising a cloud of dust in the forest. When the dust settled, Big Fool Chun was stuck in a large tree branch, only his two kicking legs sticking out; his companion had fallen into a mud puddle, covered in mud from head to toe, with a few leaves still on his head. The two looked extremely disheveled, but they still managed to curse at each other through the dust: "It's all your fault! You made me fall like this!" "You tricked me first! You bastard!"
Before the dust had settled, Da Sha Chun, stuck in the tree branch, struggled to move, about to fall, yet still cursing at his companion in the mud puddle. His companion wiped the mud from his face, covered in leaves, and rushed over, jumping up and kicking the branch. Their pent-up anger exploded; they could no longer tolerate each other and immediately began fighting.
"It's all your fault, you madman! If you hadn't tricked me, would I be in this state?" His companion pulled down Big Silly Spring's antennae, causing Big Silly Spring to howl in pain. Big Silly Spring retaliated by grabbing the other's mud-covered hair, and the two rolled from the tree branch into the mud, punching and kicking each other. Their moves had none of the discipline of a Space Hunter; instead, they resembled street thugs, scratching faces, pulling fur, and kicking stomachs, doing whatever they wanted to vent their anger. Mud splattered all over their faces, and their screams and curses echoed through the forest.
At that moment, the roar of motorcycles on the distant forest path was rapidly approaching. Cui Ming rode his modified black motorcycle, speeding towards the source of the unusual signal from the extraterrestrial object. The motorcycle crunched over gravel, his hands firmly gripping the handlebars, his back straight as a pine tree, his eyes sharp and cold, focused entirely on locating the signal. He exuded a chilling aura that kept strangers at bay, his expression devoid of any extraneous emotion.
The motorcycle came to a precise stop at the intersection. As soon as Cui Minggang put the motorcycle down, he caught a glimpse of an unusual figure by the roadside bushes out of the corner of his eye—a woman dressed in peculiar clothing whose demeanor was out of place with her surroundings. The faint energy fluctuations emanating from her body clearly revealed her identity as an alien.
The woman's eyes met Cui Ming's abruptly, and she froze instantly, her pupils contracting sharply as a fear from the depths of her soul overwhelmed her. The murderous aura emanating from Cui Ming, accumulated over countless killings, pressed down on her nerves like a tangible force, more terrifying than any ferocious alien she had ever encountered. Only one instinctive thought remained in her mind: escape!
She didn't even have time to feign composure. Staggering, she turned and ran with all her might into the depths of the forest, her steps frantic and almost unsteady. She didn't even have the courage to look back. She could clearly sense that the man before her had countless lives and blood on his hands, a ruthlessness forged from mountains of corpses and seas of blood, making it impossible for her to even entertain the thought of resistance.
Cui Ming turned his motorcycle around, the engine roaring as he headed straight for the woman's escape route, closing the distance instantly without hesitation. Seeing he was about to catch up, he didn't need to slow down; using the motorcycle's momentum, he leaped into the air, his legs fully extended, delivering a clean and precise rider's kick to the woman's back.
With a muffled thud, the woman fell forward to the ground like a kite with a broken string. Blood immediately spilled from the corner of her mouth. Her body convulsed a couple of times before she could move, her internal organs almost ruptured. She was just a hair's breadth away from death. In his eyes, the target who fled in panic upon seeing him must be hiding something. He could have killed her with a single blow, but because he wanted to keep her alive for interrogation, he deliberately held back thirty percent of his strength.
Cui Ming landed steadily, without any unnecessary movements, and quickly walked to the woman's side. The woman lay on the ground, a piercing pain shooting through her back, even her breathing felt like it was being torn apart. Her whole body trembled uncontrollably from fear and pain, and she didn't even have the courage to look back. The murderous aura carrying the scent of death was ever-present, pressing down on her and almost suffocating her. (End of Chapter)
