Chapter 1436

Kirieloid: Beat it up!

The people of Kirielod began to take action.

They've stopped playing dead and changed their strategy—find the culprit, expose her, and then figure out how to quell Storm One's rage. After all, better to sacrifice a friend than oneself; why should the Kirieloids take the blame for what Aeneas caused?

So, like a swarm of wasps whose nest had been disturbed, these charlatans scattered in all directions, frantically searching for the demon god Enemyna in the crevices of other dimensions, in the dark corners of the universe, and in all sorts of shady places.

Ayn Ronna, on the other hand, was traumatized by Choi Myung.

She huddled in a desolate asteroid belt, the horn-like parts of her shoulders still smoking—a lingering effect of the murderous intent she had suffered at the hands of Cui Ming. Hugging her knees, her once arrogant, scarlet eye now held only the terror of a cruelly bullied animal.

"What...what the hell is that thing...?"

She muttered to herself, her voice trembling.

"Humans? How could humans be so terrifying? My violent electromagnetic waves... my abilities... have absolutely no effect on him... on the contrary... on the contrary, they excite him even more..."

She remembered the last look Cui Ming gave her, that smile with the corners of his mouth curved up, but his eyes were like an abyss.

That's not human.

It was some kind of ancient, more terrifying being, disguised in human skin.

"No...I have to figure this out..."

Ayn Rina gritted her teeth, trying to use extradimensional energy to heal her injuries, while sending out several small detection units to gather intelligence about "Storm One".

Then the Kirieloids found her.

"You bastard! I've finally found you!"

A loud shout came from behind the meteorite, followed by a dozen figures dressed in black robes pouncing out like hungry wolves. The leader held a broken scepter in his hand, and his face bore scorch marks from fire, making him look both miserable and ferocious.

Ai Nengmei paused for a second, then her one eye widened: "Who are you?!"

"Who are we?!" The chieftain slammed his scepter on the ground in a rage, scattering shards of the Flame Gem everywhere. "We are the Kirieloids, the people you've ruined! You idiot! Do you know what you've done?!"

"I...I used my ability on a human..."

"A human?!" The leader's voice cracked. "You call that a human?! That's Storm One! A demon! A nightmare for extradimensional beings! You're going to give him a berserk electromagnetic wave?! You're going to give him a berserk buff?!"

"I...I don't know..."

"Don't know?!" The leader waved his hand, and the Kirieloids behind him simultaneously unleashed their telekinetic shockwaves. "Brothers! Beat her! Beat her until she understands!"

Aenemena didn't know what was happening, but she absolutely wouldn't allow herself to be hit, so she retaliated. A flash of purple light appeared on the horn-like parts of her shoulders, and violent electromagnetic waves surged towards the people of Kirieloid like a tidal wave.

"Die! You worthless trash!"

But the result was—

Kirielold's men beat her up even more violently.

There's no way around it, the Kirieloids are scared!

Cui Ming, that Storm Number One, is terrifying when he gets angry! They're all seething with anger and have nowhere to vent it, and that idiot Ai Nengmei just happens to walk right into their line of fire. Who else should they attack but her?!
"You dare fight back?!" The leader's hair stood on end from the electromagnetic shock, but it only fueled his rage. "Brothers! Give it your all! Beat them to death!"

"Yes!"

A dozen or so Kirieloids surrounded Enermina, showering her with psychic shockwaves, fists, kicks, and even her broken scepter. Although Enermina was a demon, she had just been terrified by Cui Ming and her injuries hadn't healed. Now, being attacked by a bunch of mad dogs, she was completely overwhelmed.

"Wait! Wait! We can talk!"

"Talk my ass!" The leader slapped her across the face, knocking her single eye crooked. "When you were talking, why didn't you think about us?! Storm One is now venting its anger on extradimensional creatures all over the world! Our base is gone! The temple is burned down! The whole plan is ruined!"

"Then...then go find him! Why are you hitting me?!"

"I can't beat you!" the leader said defiantly, kicking her in the stomach again. "Who else should I hit if not you?! You're the culprit!"

"I……"

Aenemana was beaten so badly she had to run away with her head in her hands. One of the horn-like parts on both shoulders was broken off, and purple energy spurted out like blood. She tried to run, but the Kirieloids surrounded her, and a psychic shockwave formed a barrier, trapping her in the middle.

"Don't run! You scoundrel!"

"If we don't beat you half to death today, we won't be able to explain ourselves to Storm One!"

"Brothers! Left! Left side's open! Attack her corner!" "Right! Right! Kick her tail!"

"She doesn't have a tail!"

"Then kick her ass!"

As a result, the two sides started fighting.

Of course, most of the time it was Aenemena who was surrounded and beaten by a group of Kirieloids.

She clutched her head, frantically struggling through the asteroid belt, her single eye filled with humiliation and anger, but even more so with fear—fear of Cui Ming, fear of these mad dog-like Kirielords.

"You...you bunch of lunatics!"

"A madman?!" the leader shouted as he hit him. "We've gone mad because of you! Storm One is killing any extradimensional creature he sees! We're too afraid to even leave the house! It's all your fault!"

"I...I didn't know he was so terrible..."

"Now you know?!" The leader slammed his scepter down on her head, leaving a large bump. "Too late! Brothers! Keep going! Beat her until she learns her lesson!"

"Yes!"

The psychic shockwaves rained down like raindrops, and Enermina's screams echoed through the asteroid belt.

Meanwhile, on a distant Earth, Cui Ming was eating instant noodles in the command center when he suddenly sneezed.

He rubbed his nose and looked out the window.

"It sounds like... someone is talking about me?"

Kaina was adjusting the data beside her without looking up: "It could be a Kirieloid, or it could be an Enermina, or both."

"Oh." Cui Ming continued eating his instant noodles, his tone indifferent. "Let them nag. The harsher they nag, the faster they'll die."

He slurped up a mouthful of noodles, and the corners of his mouth curved into a smile.

Inside the asteroid belt, Aynor was beaten black and blue, her single eye swollen shut. She lay on the broken meteorite, covered in injuries, one of the horn-like parts of her shoulders broken off, and the other bent.

The people of Kirieloid surrounded her, panting heavily, their black robes tattered, but a hint of relief finally appeared on their faces.

"That was great!" The leader wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth—though it was questionable whether the Kirieloids actually had any blood, he did wipe it—"That beating was worth it!"

"Chief..." a Kirieloid asked timidly, "What do we do now? Hand her over to Storm One?"

"Hand it over?" The leader was stunned for a moment, then shuddered. "No...no...we dare not go any closer to that fiend..."

"That……"

"Leave her here!" the leader waved his hand. "Let her fend for herself! We're retreating!"

"Yes!"

The people of Kirielod scattered like a pack of wild dogs after a fight, leaving only Aenei lying alone on the meteorite, gazing at the dark universe, tears of humiliation streaming from her single eye.

She, the demon goddess Enemyna, is a terrifying being who has conquered countless worlds.

Now, he's been beaten half to death by a bunch of charlatans, and he doesn't even dare to fight back.

And all of this is because of that human named Cui Ming.

"Storm One..." she muttered through gritted teeth, her voice trembling with tears, "You just wait..."

But before she could finish speaking, she shuddered.

Because she suddenly realized that she might... really... be no match for that guy.

Thus, in the asteroid belt, only a demon god, beaten black and blue, and despair filled the universe.

Meanwhile, the people of Kirieloid are fleeing back to their last refuge, praying that the wrath of Storm One will never return.

After all, they've already suffered enough.

Really. (End of Chapter)
