Chapter 1452
Bomb it!
"Hey boss! What do you want?"
Spike leaped off the tank turret, his massive body shaking the ground as he landed. He grinned, revealing gleaming white teeth, his large, bell-like eyes staring at the misty village, his front paws digging incessantly into the earth.
Cui Ming glanced at them and said calmly, "There are villagers inside, controlled by the parasite. Save them, kill the parasite, but don't hurt the villagers."
Tom's ears drooped, and the light in his eyes dimmed, as if he felt there was no fun in the chase this time. He tilted his head, pointed at himself with his paw, then at the village, and let out a confused "Meow?"
Jerry jumped onto Spike's head, waving his little paws as if directing some grand performance. He pointed to the left, then to the right, and then patted Spike's head, his little eyes sparkling.
"Hey! Little one! Don't pat my head!" Spike shook his head, nearly sending Jerry flying. "That's my territory!"
Choi Myung then looked at Daigo, Shinjo, and Horii.
"You three, come in with me."
"Yes!" the three answered in unison, but their voices were a little weak.
"Other units, blockade!" Cui Ming ordered into the communicator. "Tank formations surround the perimeter, armored vehicle formations block the road, mech formations provide aerial surveillance, and aerial formations patrol. Ensure no monsters escape and no parasites get away."
"Yes!!!"
With a roar, the long steel dragon began to move.
Daigo swallowed hard as he watched this scene.
"Instructor...how...how do we get in?"
“Go inside.” Cui Ming pulled his scarf up to cover half his face. “Tom, lead the way; Jerry, scout; Spike, bring up the rear. You three, follow me and don’t wander off.”
“But…” Shinjo pointed at Spike, “It…it’s so big, how can it cover the rear?”
Spike turned his head, his big, round eyes glaring at Newtown, grinning to reveal his gleaming white teeth: "Hey! Kid! What do you mean?! You think I'm too big? I'm called mighty! Get it? Mighty!"
“…I understand.” Shinjo shrank back, not daring to speak.
"Alright, let's go." Cui Ming stepped into the mist.
Tom walked in the lead, his back hunched, tiptoeing as if chasing some unseen prey. He would stop every now and then, prick up his ears to listen for any sounds, and his tail tip would twitch.
Jerry perched on Spike's head, his little eyes darting around, looking everywhere, waving his little paws as if he were pointing the way for Tom, or perhaps deliberately causing trouble.
Spike sniffed as it walked, its huge tail sweeping back and forth, sending pebbles flying from the roadside.
Daigo, Shinjo, and Horii followed behind Choi Myung, their steps a little unsteady.
"Instructor..." Daigo asked softly, "Are they... always this... lively?"
"Always." Cui Ming said expressionlessly.
"Don't you find it noisy?"
"I'm used to it."
The fog swallowed their figures.
Only Spike's mutterings echoed in the fog:
Hey! To the left! I smell something good!
"To the right! There's one to the right too! Is the way this little guy is pointing reliable?"
"Hey! Tom! Get out of my way! I'm getting through!"
Outside the blockade line, tanks, armored vehicles, mechs, and aircraft stood ready.
Waiting for the operation inside to finish.
Or, wait for the commands inside.
Many villagers have already gathered here.
They were clearly parasitized. After all, there was such a large, purple, bulging parasite on their necks, like a jumping onion, with six thin legs clinging tightly to their skin, its mouthparts deeply embedded in their necks, sucking away happily.
Seeing this, Cui Ming didn't hold back.
"on!"
Spike nodded, grinning to reveal his gleaming white teeth, his large, round eyes widening in surprise.
"Just you wait, boss!"
Then the giant bulldog charged out like a cannonball, its massive body rampaging through the fog, pouncing on one after another, pinning them down with its paws, snatching them with its mouth, tearing the parasites off the villagers' necks, flinging them into the air, and then whipping them away with its tail like a baseball.
Choi Myung then swung his stick!
It was a specially made riot baton, made by EDF, covered in rubber and shock-absorbing gel. It hurt terribly when it hit you, but it definitely wouldn't kill you. Cui Ming carried it and walked into the crowd expressionlessly, striking the parasites left and right with each blow.
The whole scene was actually very brutal.
They were really fighting to the death!
Even though those villagers were parasitized, they were still afraid of pain!
An old man was struck on the shoulder by Cui Ming's stick. The parasite howled in pain, and the old man cried out in response, "Ouch! Go easy! Grandpa, go easy! Even though I'm a monster, I'm afraid of pain!"
"Shut up." Cui Ming struck another villager on the knee with his stick. The villager's legs went weak and he knelt on the ground. The parasite on his neck was jolted and loosened its grip, which Spike seized and snatched away.
"Waaaah! Stop hitting us! We surrender! We surrender, okay?!" A woman parasitized by the parasite crouched on the ground, clutching her head. The parasite on her neck trembled, its six legs covering its core. "What kind of weapon is this?! It hurts so much but I can't die! It's torture! This is torture!"
“A riot control weapon.” Cui Ming said expressionlessly, striking the parasite on her back with a stick. The thing flew out like a purple tennis ball. “It’s specifically designed to deal with people like you.”
"This is too cruel! Too cruel!" A young villager was pinned to the ground by Spike, the parasite flipped over by Spike's claws, its mouth facing upwards, its six legs kicking wildly. "Give me a quick death! Give me a quick death!"
"No." Cui Ming slung the stick over his shoulder. "There's still hope for you."
"It's hopeless! We don't want to live anymore! Just kill us! Please!"
"..."
Tom and Jerry watched this scene from the sidelines. Tom, hunched over with a bewildered look, pointed his paw at the villagers who were being beaten and crying for their mothers, then at Cui Ming, and let out a confused "Meow?"
Jerry squatted on a rock, his little eyes darting around, covering his mouth with his little paws, his shoulders shaking as if he were secretly laughing.
Spike, carrying the third parasite in his mouth, flung it into the air, whipped it away with his tail, and then turned back to grin at Cui Ming.
"Boss! This job is even more fun than chasing cats!"
"..."
Cui Ming ignored it and continued swinging the stick.
Screams echoed through the fog.
Purple parasites flew everywhere, like a bizarre baseball game.
Meanwhile, the villagers were being parasitized, beaten, and crying out in pain.
The scene was brutal, yet inexplicably hilarious.
After all, who has ever seen a parasitized monster begging to be killed?
Only here with Cui Ming.
Only under the riot baton of Storm One.
That's why this spectacle exists.
of course
Only Cui Ming would be able to bring himself to do it. (End of Chapter)
