Chapter 26

Sincerity Regarding Prices

"Hello, Mr. Han." The young man extended his right hand. "You can just call me Kai."

Han Che also reached out and shook hands with A Kai.

"I wonder what item Mr. Han is selling? You can bring it out and I'll give you an estimate."

Han Che nodded slightly and took out several easily portable accessories such as laser pointers, sights, and muzzle devices from his pocket.

Before entering, Han Che had already called the system to remove the parts from the fully modified gun he had previously seized. Bringing the fully modified gun directly to sell was too eye-catching.

Besides, he hasn't made a judgment about this club yet, so he's testing the waters with a few parts first.

On the contrary, when Ah Kai saw Han Che casually pull a laser finger out of his pocket, he raised an eyebrow and thought to himself, "What good luck, to pull out such a thing from the weapon box for fifty or sixty thousand."

Ah Kai has been in this line of work for a while now. Although he works in a small club, he has seen all sorts of people.

Upon seeing Han Che, he made a preliminary assessment of him: a lone wolf who had the opportunity to sneak into dangerous worlds and pick up some reasonably valuable supplies, but dared not list them on global public exchanges for fear of attracting attention, and instead sought out small clubs to sell them.

Such people are not uncommon in today's society. There's no way around it; after all, a dangerous world can make ordinary people rich overnight!

It wasn't until Han Che pulled out the second laser pointer, then the third, and then pulled out a scope and a silencer that A-Kai's subtle expression gradually turned into undisguised surprise!

"That's all. Show me the prices. If the prices are right, I have other options."

"Huh? There's more?" Akai's voice was slightly shrill. He immediately realized he had lost his composure. "Uh, Mr. Han, I need to ask our boss about these things. Please wait a moment, just a moment."

Akai led Han Che to sit down on the sofa, smiled, filled a paper cup with water and placed it on the table, then hurriedly went into the inner room.

"Sister, Sister Bai! Come out and see!"

Inside the room, a young woman was reclining on a chair, playing on her phone. Even when she heard the noise, she didn't take her eyes off the phone screen.

"What's wrong? Why are you making such a fuss!"

"A customer has come in, saying he's here to sell supplies!"

"What's so new about it? You can just sell this stuff!"

"They're all weapon parts! Each one costs at least fifty or sixty thousand! How would I know anything about these things!"

Hearing this, the woman finally put down her phone. "How much?"

"He took out seven or eight at once, saying there would be more if the price was right!"

The woman immediately stood up from her chair. "So many? All weapon parts? You don't recognize the items, but you seem to know the prices!"

"Oh dear! I've never used them before, I'm just worried I might get a bad one, especially since all his stuff is the kind that's hard to find on the exchange!"

The woman casually wiped her body with her hands and didn't forget to comb her hair.

"Come on, let's go outside and take a look!"

Han Che sat on the sofa, opened the system's storage space to check the captured guns, and silently calculated their approximate value.

Now he needs to come up with a plausible reason that won't attract too much attention, and if possible, he hopes to find a place to sell weapons long-term.

A moment later, the door to the inner room opened, and a slender woman with long silver hair strode towards them, followed by the young man named Akai from before.

"Boss Han, sorry to keep you waiting! I'm the owner of Club 78, you can call me Xiaobai."

Han Che looked up at the two people in front of him. Their facial features and expressions were somewhat similar, so they were probably siblings.

"Akai doesn't know much about these things, so I'll talk to you. Could I take a look at the goods first?"

Han Che reached out towards the weapon parts on the table and gestured for them to proceed.

Xiao Bai took out gloves from his pocket and put them on, then inspected the weapon parts on the table one by one.

These accessories are all new; the metal parts have a bluish sheen in the dim light, without a trace of rust.

Three laser pointers, two multi-caliber silencers, and two VMX frameless anchors.

Xiao Bai picked up each accessory one by one and carefully checked their functions. A Kai also leaned closer, following Xiao Bai's gaze to examine them closely, trying to figure out what was going on.

Neither of them spoke, only looking down at the things on the table. Xiaobai picked up the optical sight, looked at the lens against the overhead light, then wiped the lens with his finger, examined the engravings on it, and nodded.

Then he picked up a muffler, weighed it in his hand, and held it up to the light to examine the internal threads and muffler cup structure.

All that remained in the air were the faint clanging of metal and the smell of lubricating grease.

"The product is fine." It didn't take long for the boss, Xiaobai, to speak.

She carefully placed the scope back on the table, looked at Han Che, her eyes much sharper than before, and said, "The item is excellent, Boss Han. But I still want to ask, where did you get such a good item?"

As expected, the most crucial question has arrived.

"I was lucky, I managed to steal the body at the dam," Han Che said in a flat tone, as if he were talking about something ordinary. "I took a G18 in, ambushed people, looted their equipment, and ran away. I couldn't bear to wear these things, so I sold them."

On the way here, Han Che saw countless GG signs, which featured posters of large clubs scavenging for supplies and fighting each other to seize items.

Small clubs also have many star players, and there are cases of players who have become famous and rich by defeating members of big clubs.

Thinking about it this way, his use of G18 for pedicures and possession is a plausible reason, and one that is unlikely to attract attention.

Boss Xiaobai and Akai had never heard of such a bizarre description as "possession," but from Han Che's explanation, they understood that it meant killing someone to steal equipment.

This is a very common situation, but it usually involves parts costing a few thousand, with those costing tens of thousands being the exception.

They didn't want to investigate further; as long as the reason was plausible, that was fine. They also wanted to make this deal, so they just considered it good luck.

Xiao Bai and A Kai exchanged a glance and nodded slightly. "Boss Han, your stuff is quite good. Our club sincerely wants it. Is this all the goods you have?"

"That's all I brought for now," Han Che said. "I have other things on hand, which should be enough to make several complete sets. They're all in similar condition to these, though some accessories might be slightly different."

"Several sets? Or the complete set!" Kai's mouth dropped open, his surprise barely concealed.

These small clubs usually trade mostly UZI Bison, basic weapons that can be obtained by killing NPCs.

Occasionally, you might get your hands on one or two decent rifles, but the attachments are considered rare finds.

Xiao Bai glared at Akai, suppressing the surprise in her eyes, and then said, "Boss, how would you like to proceed with the deal? We really hope to have a long-term partnership with a boss like you!"

Han Che finally breathed a sigh of relief. The other party's attitude was better than he had imagined. Mainly, he didn't know that these things were indeed tempting enough for a small club.

"Make an offer, let me see your sincerity." Han Che leaned back slightly, crossed his legs, and interlaced his fingers.

Upon hearing that Han Che wanted to test their sincerity, Boss Xiaobai bit his thin lips and said, "We'll accept these seven accessories for 8 each."

8 per piece? That's 56 in total. Han Che was quite satisfied with this price; it was indeed higher than he had expected.
