Chapter 70

Landing

Everyone present was stunned and didn't know what to say.

Fortunately, Jarvis hadn't yet evolved to the point where he could understand these things, and mechanically asked, "Sir, I need your authorization to help General Ross track down the target."

Tony then realized what was happening, and covered the actress's mouth while continuing his actions, saying, "Sorry, I was just helping an actress friend with a scene. No problem, Jarvis, help General Ross track him down."

"Okay, your authorization has been received."

"Hang up!" General Ross said irritably.

After receiving authorization, Jarvis no longer needed to stay connected with Tony, so he cut off Tony's connection and said, "Eric, please connect the communicator to the computer."

Upon hearing this, Eric quickly placed the communicator on the table and connected the data cable from the communicator to the computer. Soon, the computer screen began to flash the numbers 01001001 continuously.

Ross and the others looked on with a sense of awe and confusion, but in reality, Jarvis was just copying data; the actual calculations were being performed by Jarvis himself in the underground studio at the site of Marbury's old villa.

Soon the data on the computer stopped changing, and the screen turned into a screenshot of a public surveillance camera.

"This person received a blood sample mailed by Bruce Banner. Based on the IP address, this person is Samuel Stern, who works at Greyburn College in New York City. Staff records were retrieved, and the person matched the surveillance photos."

"Alright, Catherine, contact the country. No, go back immediately. I want to capture him myself." Ross wouldn't be polite to anyone who dared to steal his achievements.

Tony had it tough too. He was slapped away by Hulk and flew several miles through the air. By the time he finally managed to regain control of himself with his telekinesis, he had already crashed through countless trees.

Tony almost flew out of the jungle, but luckily Hulk was aiming at the city. If Hulk had really knocked Tony deep into the jungle, Tony wouldn't have been able to get out anytime soon.

Tony ran to the highway and quickly asked Jarvis to arrange a car for him. He rushed to another battlefield. He couldn't beat the Hulk, but he could beat the female celebrity. He had to vent his anger, otherwise he would be traumatized. So he went to the scene alone. In the middle of the fierce battle, he received a call from Jarvis.

Tony, while in the midst of the battle, also received information from Jarvis's tracking, and he multitasked while moving.

"Jarvis, Rose didn't contact anyone back home to make the first move, right?"

"Yes, sir, no communication with domestic entities has been detected."

"Okay, arrange a plane for me. I need to go back to China immediately."

Unexpectedly, although we didn't get Hulk's blood sample, Samuel did, which was a stroke of good luck.

As he thought about it, Tony leaned down and whispered, "Honey, we need to hurry. I have something else to take care of back home."

"Then you'll need to be even more aggressive," the soft female voice said.

"Alright, then I'll show you my true strength."

Finally, as Tony boarded the hotel's helicopter platform, the actress was sound asleep in her hotel room, completely exhausted.

The helicopter landed at a secluded airport, and Tony immediately transferred to a private plane arranged by Jarvis to take off.

The pilot was puzzled by the flight mission arranged by the company. He hadn't seen the flight plan during the day, and it was flying to New York in the middle of the night without landing at any airport. Was he sure he wouldn't be shot down by anti-aircraft missiles?

After boarding the plane, Tony looked at the rather shabby aircraft and said to Jarvis, "We should get some high-end aircraft to follow us around in the future, like S.H.I.E.L.D. That way, we won't have to go through the trouble of hacking into other companies and getting aircraft that are not even satisfactory."

"It's not difficult, sir. It only requires hacking into the computer to schedule the flights. The slightly more complicated part is adjusting the flight routes in New York and coordinating the air defense missile system to prevent collisions or being mistaken for a terrorist attack."

Tony didn't care about any of that; he just wanted advanced aircraft. There was another thing he was more concerned about:

"I should get there faster than Ross's men."

"According to the latest monitoring information, General Ross has mobilized personnel at the New York experimental base, but has not yet launched any operations. It is estimated that they are waiting for General Ross to arrive before commencing any unified operations."

"Just tell me roughly how much faster I can be than him."

"You don't need to refuel during your journey, but you need to parachute directly over Greyburn College, which will be two to three hours faster than Ross."

"Two or three hours should be enough. Have you notified Stark Industries' security department in New York?" Tony flipped through Samuel's file. Besides getting the Hulk serum, there seemed to be other things he could do.

"The notification has been given, and they are now in position outside Greyburn College, awaiting your instructions."

After several hours of flight, the plane finally arrived over New York. The long flight made Tony even more eager for advanced aircraft.

The pilot in the cockpit looked at the flight plan arranged by the company and turned on the walkie-talkie to broadcast:

"We have arrived over New York. Sir, you may open the glass dome to enjoy the New York night view." This was also the flight objective written by Jarvis after he hacked into the aircraft company: a wealthy man chartering a plane to see the sights of New York.

"Jarvis, open the hatch." Tony picked up the parachute from the plane, preparing to jump.

Jarvis hacked into the aircraft's control panel, opened the cabin door, and the cabin instantly depressurized, causing the contents of the aircraft to be thrown out.

Alarms began blaring in the cockpit, and the pilots saw the warning on the cockpit monitor: A VIP was pulling out a parachute, seemingly about to jump? The intercom was immediately activated to issue a warning.

"VIP, VIP, don't panic, there's a cabin malfunction. Hold on tight, we can fix it right away. Don't jump! You won't survive jumping from this altitude!"

The pilot thought there was a malfunction in the cabin door, which led Tony to mistakenly believe there was danger and want to jump out of the plane. Generally speaking, high-altitude passenger planes are not equipped with parachutes, not only because of overweight, but more importantly because at that altitude, the mortality rate for untrained people jumping out of the plane is probably higher than that of the plane falling directly from the sky, only lower than that of the plane exploding in the air.

Tony didn't actually have much skydiving experience, but he had a safety net and carried a parachute just in case. He waved casually at the monitor, then leaned back against the hatch and jumped out with a flourish.

After the pilots screamed, they began to consider whether to resign voluntarily or wait to be fired by the company.

Tony felt the strong airflow rushing past him in the air. He relaxed and spread his arms, enjoying the sensation. His strong physique prevented him from feeling too suffocated or experiencing the internal pressure caused by the acceleration. He quickly adapted to the state and extended his telekinesis to envelop himself.

As his telekinetic perception range expanded, Tony controlled his telekinesis beside him, which, like giant wings, slowly stabilized his body, stopped accelerating, and kept his descent within an acceptable range.

However, telekinesis seems to be a tangible substance. When it moves at high speed in the air, it generates friction and heat. In the end, Tony, like a fireball, crashed directly into Samuel's laboratory at Greyburn College.

Samuel was treating Hulk's blood on the second floor when he suddenly heard a loud crash behind him. Turning around, he saw a large hole smashed in the roof, followed by damage to the floor. He peered down into the building.

All you could see was a person kneeling downstairs in a superhero-like landing motion, with the surrounding floor scorched into a circle by the intense heat.

Tony looked up and saw Samuel, and couldn't help but praise Jarvis.

"Jarvis, your location is pretty accurate."
