Chapter 604

Let's Go, Harry

Chapter 604 Let's Go, Harry

"Take the golden egg and let's go."

Wade took the lead and after walking a distance, he found that there were no footsteps following behind him.

He turned around and saw Harry still standing there, staring down at the heavy golden egg in his hand. The faint firelight danced on his messy black hair, casting shadows of varying depths.

"Harry?"

Vader raised his eyebrows, then suddenly realized and smiled, "Don't think of it as alms - or have any stupid idea that you have to rely on your strength to get the golden egg."

Harry looked up, his green eyes flickering with mixed emotions.

"Let me ask you," Wade casually twirled the wand in his hand, "If the warriors from other schools cooperate with each other and help one of them get the golden egg, do you think it is against the rules?"

"Of course not," Harry said automatically, thinking of Cedric.

He is a person who is relatively tolerant of others, but has very high demands on his own moral bottom line.

"Then why should you be ashamed of getting the golden egg from me? I helped you in this battle, and maybe it will be your turn to help me in the next one."

Wade smiled. "Anyway, when the second project comes, I will definitely become the target of public criticism. Can you just turn a blind eye when you see others attacking me?"

Harry shook his head: "No, I will definitely help you."

"Isn't that the end?" Wade chuckled. "Although there is only one champion, we are still companions until we defeat all other opponents, right?"

Harry looked at his calm expression, and the gloom and hesitation in his heart were dispelled like morning mist. The weight of the golden egg in his hand also made him feel more at ease.

"Yes...you are right."

He smiled and quickly followed Vader's pace.

A little blue bird perched on a candlestick not far away, staring at the two of them intently, occasionally flapping its wings.

Harry glanced at his companions and couldn't help muttering, "Since you know that this behavior will arouse everyone's hostility, you should restrain yourself."

Vader sighed and lowered his voice, "There's nothing we can do. Our opponents are too weak... It's more interesting this way."

Harry: "..."

He glanced at Wade and rolled his eyes. Even though he was a companion, he now had the urge to hit him.

The two walked side by side. When they walked in, they always felt that the passage was very long; but when they walked out again, it felt like after a while, they saw the light of the exit was just around the corner.

Harry had just relaxed when he suddenly caught a glimpse of a shadow on the side of the passage exit from the corner of his eye - the outline was slightly undulating and unnatural... like someone raising a wand towards this side!

At this moment, he didn't even think about anything in his mind. He shook his wrist violently and swung the wand out quickly!
A dazzling red light suddenly burst out and hit the shadow accurately. A muffled groan was heard in the darkness, and the figure flew backwards and fell heavily to the ground.

The opponent's spell also suddenly deviated and hit the top of the passage, with gravel falling down.

Without thinking at all, Harry leaned forward and rushed out like a cheetah. The moment he ran out of the passage, he saw the attacker rising from the ground and reaching out to pick up the wand that had rolled down not far away.

He rushed forward, not giving the other person a chance to stand up, and just as the man's fingertips were about to touch the wand, Harry waved his wand quickly again.

He cast the disarming spell twice in succession, completely unaware that he was using silent spells both times.

"boom!"

The light of the spell hit the man's chest suddenly, and he was knocked away and fell for the second time!
The moment he landed on the ground, his arm broke with a "crack". The boy screamed and covered his broken arm. His pale face was covered with cold sweat. There was a look of unwillingness in his eyes as he looked up at Harry.

Harry took another step forward and said decisively: "Faint!" The boy rolled his eyes and fell heavily.

At this moment, Harry seemed to realize what he had done. While gasping for breath, he looked around the Chamber of Secrets vigilantly, and then at the passage on the other side.

Wade walked over slowly and looked down at the fainted boy.

"Casper from Durmstrang... he is so unlucky." Vader's mouth curled up with a sarcastic smile: "We are ready to leave. If he hadn't made a move, we could easily qualify for the competition."

The traps in the passage had been destroyed by the people ahead, and the mechanisms had all been disarmed. A dozen golden eggs were still in the scorpion puppet's stomach, and although they were all hanging on the ceiling, they were not difficult to find if one searched carefully.

Anyway, there is no specified end time for the first event.

"Yeah, he might not even see who came out, why would he ambush us?" Harry wondered, "What if it was his companion who came out?"

"Maybe he's worried that if he misses this opportunity, he won't be able to get the golden egg?"

Wade guessed, "We both know there are still a lot of golden eggs, but from Casper's point of view, he came in too late, and most of the golden eggs may have been taken away by other warriors. Even if there are some remaining golden eggs, there won't be many."

"So... even if it's from a schoolmate, he's going to try to snatch the golden egg from that other person?" Harry shook his head, not knowing how to comment on this behavior.

"Okay, let's go."

Wade walked past Casper and headed towards the golden compass in the center of the secret room. The moment he turned around, he suddenly felt as if he saw something.

Wade paused, then turned his head to look, and saw Caspar lying on the ground with a frown on his face, and a silver necklace had slipped out of his collar.

The pendant on his necklace looked a bit like a triangular eye.

Wade frowned slightly, he knew in his heart that this was the symbol of the Deathly Hallows and also the symbol that Grindelwald once had.

This guy...is he related to the Wu Party?
But that's not necessarily the case. When Grindelwald was studying at Durmstrang, he carved this symbol on a wall. For some reason, Durmstrang has not removed the graffiti to this day.

In the original book, Krum seemed to have said that some students at Durmstrang would copy this symbol on their textbooks or clothes to scare others. Perhaps Casper was one of those middle school boys who did that.

Wade suppressed the sudden ripple in his heart, ignored Caspar who was lying on the ground, and stood beside the compass with Harry.

The two looked at each other and stretched out their hands at the same time in tacit understanding.

When their fingertips touched the compass, a strong pulling force suddenly grabbed the two of them. The world twisted and spun before their eyes, and the colors turned into blurred streams of light...

"boom!"

The two men appeared on the platform, their bodies swayed slightly before they stood firm.

Harry propped himself up, gasped and looked around. Wade's calm gaze swept across the stands not far away.

Hundreds of eyes were staring at them; the emotions on each face seemed frozen, and the features were blurred.

In Wade's vision, Dumbledore, with his white beard and white hair, stood out. The headmaster had a familiar, reassuring smile on his face and slowly raised his hand.

"Pah, pah, pah."

The next second, thunderous cheers and applause broke out from the stands. Countless students waved their hands wildly, with fanatical admiration flashing in their eyes.

Harry saw Hermione, Ron and many Gryffindor students jumping up and down in the stands, and couldn't help but break into a huge smile.

——If the principals of other schools didn’t have such dark faces, this scene would look more harmonious.
